Can be busy at times, but the staff makes it an awesome visit. Everyone is so quick to judge and complain about one issue, Be fair. Employees always have fantastic attitudes and treat everyone fairly. Most people post negative reviews due to their own personal issues not being immediately fixed..

Big ol sign says courteous. What is courteous about making a 75 yr old woman recovering from a hip fracture stand in line for 20 min?1 teller working the counter and second teller finished with one customer and then became unavailable with 7 people standing in line.

Really sad. I brought in some Pennie's to cash in and the teller didn't believe i had rolled them correctly. After wasting my time and me explaining I take the copper out of the rolls, 1982 and before and that's why they might look shorter. So I let her count the first roll she think is off, sure enough it's not off. She not only wasted my time but disrespected me by wanting to waste more time counting the rest of the rolls even though they were all the same height etc. they should get scales etc, even then they wouldn't understand because Penny rolls can weigh all over depending on if copper is in the roll or not.

I love banking in this branch, convenient location, two entrances to the parking. Inside is clean and bright, I always got attention in a reasonable timeframe, the cashier waiting line is also very short.Thanks Mr. Nosler helping my kid opened the first checking account in a professional manner! Good job, answer our questions in details, introduce checking account related benefits, no pushing for other services. very good experience!

Wells Fargo service is definitely getting worse. They closed one branch in the area so now the only one left open on Saturday's has reduced hours and typically ten people in line, at least. Wow! You can do better Wells Fargo!

I called ahead to see if the bank could cash a US savings bond and was told that they could. I spent about an hour there with at least 4 employees trying to help me cash the bonds my parents left me (my mother recently passed). The scanner wouldn't scan the paper the bond was printed on in the 1980s. They kept trying to scan over and over and it wasn't working. I thought they should try another solution like trying another scanner at a different station, calling a central supervisor for assistance, or calling tech support regarding another way to scan the bonds. Instead, the manager simply said he couldn't help me and was clearly distressed that other customers had to wait while I was taking so much time. I asked if he had any other solution besides going to another bank and he said he did not. I went to another bank (Chase) and was told I could cash my bonds with an online form and mailing them in. However, Wells Fargo had already had me sign the bonds and had stamped on the front of them that they had cashed them so that was no longer an option. I now need to make an appointment at another Wells Fargo branch to get this resolved since they essentially voided my bonds and then said they were sorry they couldn't help. I would not recommend this branch. The manager seemed much more interested in appearances and keeping the lines moving than in helping a customer.

My mother has has had terrible experiences every time she goes to this branch. She made an appointment and even had a print out of proof of appointment, shows up on time and the manager was extremely rude telling her that she doesn't have an appointment. There was nobody else there, and they could easily of been accommodating and tried to figure something out, but instead were dismissive. My father just died and all she needed were some forms to deal with that. Shes been with this bank for 45 years it's extremely disheartening to keep hearing these stories of her being treated so poorly. Please train your staff to not be so rude.

I don't give too many 5 stars all that often but feel this branch is deserving of positive praise and feedback. I recently moved to the area and have found that not only is the atmosphere a huge plus over the last branch I banked at with WF, but also the employees and manager seem and act genuinely interested in their customer interactions.
