West Coast storage has clean and tidy buildings, security of perimeter seems way better than other storage companies, prices are reasonable and the management can work with you on pricing options. Understanding & caring management and staff. I have had no bad experiences with West Coast Storage so far....I recommend them for your storage needs.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY! Horrible service and absurdly overpriced! Rent down the street for less than half! Gate and codes never work and their office hours and access hours suck!

When I initially signed up I spoke to the fact that my frustration with the larger companies was that they jacked the prices up every year and eventually it’s untenable.
WC Storage sales person said the increases are reasonable and negotiable.
After less than a year, I got hit with a 70% increase, and my last rate is still higher than the discount rates at the storage nexdoor so it’s not like I’m well below market to start.
When I saw the increase I immediate said I’m not comfortable with that and they said they’d follow up, never did and charged me the full rate.
Do not work with these folks.
They also will try to yearly catch add a fee for their insurance if you don’t remember to provide them your home owners coverage (every year).
Terrible experience.

Really? After the front desk lost our keys for an entire week, and then checked out the wrong set of keys to people coming to help us move *multiple* times (we had two units, anything could have been stolen) ,+ management NEVER returning our multiple calls about the concerns, they are raising our rate nearly 120% in 10 months.
The increase notice states we will be raised to $79, but the bill they sent us says $92.
I also noticed they randomly charged us $43 last month with no notice of an increase!!
Will be moving out as soon as physically possible.
So incredibly frustrating. I also see that my previous 1 star complaints about wrong unit have been removed also.

I was really impressed with this facility until they just informed us that we will now be paying practically double what we signed up to pay only a few months ago. We are going to be taking our business to a more ethical, less greedy company.

I had a very positive experience with the Lake Oswego office. Customer service was excellent, efficient and friendly. I was able to secure the storage unit that I needed quickly and easily. All is well. I recommend West Coast Storage.

Place is clean and the staff is nice. Nothing vastly exceptional about this storage but I had no complaints until about 5 months into storing here, my rate almost doubled. It went from $100 to $180 in one month. You move a good amount of stuff into a unit in 5 months and to have the rate nearly double leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

My rating has gone down. A recent price increase makes this the most expensive in the area. Yes it's clean and relatively new, but it's only a storage facility. In my opinion the prices are 30% too high. Front desk help has very high turnover so getting effective assistance is difficult.

Excellent and clean with friendly staff. We've been there for 2+yrs now. Went earlier today and had questions about our current space and price - and Zane (staff) couldn't have been nicer.
