No ocean beach access within 1 mile. A nice oasis away from the 2 stroke folks.

I love this campground. All of the sites are pretty private and the campground is quiet. There is a free dump station and potable water.

Privacy between camping spots is great due to the lush vegetation. A loop is near the highway so traffic is fairly loud, but B and C loops are quieter. Showers are nice and warm.

Nice quiet stay. It’s not a beach access campground but it is a short walk to the lake and day access area. Many of the sites do not have privacy vegetation.
Like all Oregon campgrounds it is well maintained and friendly.

Very nice and clean park. Sites are separated by a generous amount of vegetation that adds a level of privacy not normally experienced. Biggest con was no sewer hookup, just a dump station on the way out. Eel lake is within walking distance and has a swimming area and a fishing pier. I think there was a boat ramp as well but didn't walk close enough to see it. There's a volleyball net, a decent size playground and several hiking trails nearby.

Had site B30. It is an ADA accessible site so had a nice brick paver patio. Driveway is asphalt and needed leveling boards to get level but not too bad. Electric and water at site and dump station on the way out. Sites can be a little close together but it's a state park so it's generally how it is. No one checking you in so if your site is empty you can have it no worries about check in time. Verizon was ok. Able to text and make phone calls. Could stream tv with some buffering but was watchable. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.

It's like any other forested RV campground. Facilities are in good condition. There's a playground with a badminton net in the day use area.

Stayed four days and loved the peaceful setting. Clean facilities, friendly vibe, and great location. Only downside: parking was a bit tight with our trailer. Would definitely stay again, just be mindful if you’re towing.

Excellent and easy place to dump and take on fresh water, especially if you are going North on Hwy 101.
