I'm in utter shock by how rudely I was treated by staff in this post office. I had fraud committed using a PO Box at the Lakeside Or Location and I simply came in to ask Tom for something in writing from him stating that it isn't my box!!? He acted as if I was really out of line to ask for his assistance with this......the error is on their end to deliver a court document with my name on it to some random person in the first place and this document wasn't returned to sender so now it is an official court document for an upcoming hearing that I wasn't aware of at all. It only gets worse it was sent by a person who I have a lifetime stalking order against! I suggest that you do not open a PO BOX here & or utilize their services. You would think small town means personal service & some care-empathy for their residents but it doesn't exist at this location trust me.

The worst way to ship anything in the US is by using the USPS. Lost packages, late packages and mail delivered to the wrong address. Not to mention how rude their staff are. I never use this way to ship anything, for fear they will somehow screw it up. Amazon switched to USPS in my area and my packages takes weeks instead of days. I hope they go bankrupt and close.

When it comes to packages, I give 0.
They either give 20 little slips inside your box , then when you go to pick it up it's in a locker where they have put a key inside your box , after only 2 days may I remind you. Now. I have had a package delivered there for 10 days ! No slips no key!
I confirmed online with the Carrier and with the online usps system. They don't answer the phone ever .
I still have no slip or notice of a package that was confirmed through there own system has been delivered .
6 years dealing with this.

Had to buy a box to send my daughter stuff off to her and that just the perfect size box so I got it sent off.

Like every business, some employees are great and some are terrible. Tom is doing a great job though.I love when bad reviews are spelled out so you know it was 100% user error. "I didn't put the right address and they lost it!" kinda stuff.

The coast side is lucky to have the considerate staff at this small office.They're always ready to listen and have found solutions amidst the increased volume many a time.

Absolutely the worst post office I've ever dealt with. My packages have been there for 2 days now an they decided to send one back claiming there was no shipping label. When I contacted the seller he not only sent me proof of address he also confirmed that my address was listed in the label

Closed our paid up post office box with out cause and instead of holding our mail as we asked they returned our first class mail to sender. Trying to call USPS customer service is a nightmare all you get is automated responder, never a live person!

The poorest service I have ever had in my life. Packages never delivered or a notice in my PO box. Have had Christmas presents never delivered to them on 12/18. Been down there several times no one can seem to find my mail. Mail sent back stating no longer at address. Or not a delivery address. Been at this address physical and PO box for years

Lisa the manager is amazing. There was trouble getting new lock put on my apartment mail box & I went into the post office and Lisa drove out to my apartment on the spot and installed the lock herself. Thank you!

DON'T GO HERE!!!!! Worst post office I've ever experienced. They have not delivered five of my packages to me so far and just kind of "hold on" to them and then send them back without trying to contact me or anything?! They also ask that I pay for packages that they "couldn't deliver" even though we have a mailbox right out front, ON THE STREET clearly marked I am having a monthly package delivered to me and have been for years, how is it that I've lived two places and never had an issue with them placing it in my mailbox every month and then as soon as I move to where this post office delivers to it's all of a sudden a big deal? The mail lady once knocked on my car window as I was leaving holding my package telling me she cousin the deliver it and she won't give it to me and I have to pay, she was holding it right in front of me ?! F****** b***** They lost my most recent package and now I have to reorder it and I missed the chance to wear it at the event I ordered for. Please please please don't give them any business, who knows if you or whoever you're sending a package to will ever get it ?? ever
