No wonder why they have a high turn over for employees I was in there and we asked the district manager Shelly a question she was rude. Her and another lady that must have came up with her to work that store made a huge deal about one of the checker that was not be able to be found at the time right in front of customers. Shelly treats her employees horrible anyway and when she is here she is even worse to the employees I have seen it. I’m not going back in there. Till Shelly can actually be respectful and treat people with respect.

Worst door ever every time I come here, they overcharge me, and then when I say something about it and show them their signs, they want to argue.. Thanks to this store, I have boycotted. Dollar General period especially in Lakeview, Oregon.

The shelves are almost always empty and they never have enough people working so it usually takes awhile to check out or get help but its one of the only places to shop here.

I Had a pretty good shopping ? day at Dollar General. Had more stuff, shelves were pretty full and hardly any carts in aisles.

I’m one of the patron of the store (Lakeview,OR.) branch.I just move here from out of state. One of employee here is just outstanding (Jenna) I hope I spelled her name right.She is the definition of kindness and true spirit of customer service. Without asking and being observant through needs of her customers. She’s friendly to everyone (employees are all friendly) I would say she’s exceptional base on my experienced with her and being helpful.I was few weeks postpartum, If I recalled,I had this pack of bottle waters and I’m not really allowed to lift heavy stuff,but she felt that I needed a help and she doesn’t hesitated to brought my pack of waters out in my car after I paid my stuff at the cashier.She doesn’t even know me at all and I’m just new in town and she insisted to help.She is excellent employee. I appreciate her help during my healing times. More power and keep up the good work!

Not so crowded now they have been doing some remodeling of the store and the staff is amazing very kind and helpful. The store is starting to look like a store and looking organized. I appreciate the effort they have been putting into this place to make it more comfortable for their employees and customers

Always empty, many bare shelves, employees save things off the truck in the back so their favorite customers or themselves can buy the whole shipment of certain items. The emptiness is a big concern especially since all other dollar general locations that are somewhat close in more populated areas don't have the empty shelf problem like the Lakeview location. Manager is a drunk and smells of liquor most times including when I was interviewed.

This place is always a disaster area. However, the staff is always helpful and kind.
