  My father, Edward S. Shugart was the pastor from Sept 1963 until Sept 1966. It was his first church after Semenary and I was never happier in any other place.   We stopped here on our way to the Oregon Coast. Pastor Jim gave a solid and relevant message. This church reminded me of the rural church I grew up in. Not much in the way of flash, just real people with real challenges living for Christ.If we are ever in the Lakeview area again, this is where we will fellowship.
