Cashiers at this place except Mary, are inept! Can't complete simple tasks and don't won't do anything but sell a slurpee. Anything else is too difficult for them. (They started to tell me to go elsewhere because their cashier did the Cashapp deposit wrong and I pointed it out! ) As a disabled person, I need better. Heck, everyone needs better than this place; Avoid this 7-11 if you can!

I wont be going back until this store fixes their ice machine. Getting one small scoop of ice for a fountain drink is ridiculous.

I’m a Door Dasher and I was berated and screamed at by an employee for grabbing my dash order and letting them know I was a dasher while confirming the order. I explained I’m doing my job and showed her my order on the phone but she just kept yelling. I’ve never had that happen in the 2 years I’ve been dashing.

I witnessed the supposed "manager" here chase someone outside screaming at them because they didn't want the nachos after opening them because the nacho cheese machine was not working properly don't think i will be coming back to this location as it feels like that employee is a bit unstable and she could of done the same thing to me.

My recent visit to 7-Eleven was unfortunately overshadowed by the appalling behavior of an employee named Crystal. Not only did she exhibit a lack of basic hygiene, emitting a strong odor of body odor and cat urine, but her unclean appearance and rude demeanor created an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere for customers.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Crystal's abrasive attitude and unwelcoming demeanor. Her interactions with customers were marked by dismissiveness and outright hostility. What's worse, she resorted to screaming at customers, which is completely unacceptable in any retail environment.It's deeply concerning that an employee representing a well-known convenience store chain would engage in such disrespectful behavior. Customers should feel valued and respected during their shopping experience, not subjected to verbal abuse and intimidation.In addition to her unprofessional conduct, Crystal's extreme lack of hygiene further compounded the unpleasant experience. It's disheartening to see such disregard for basic cleanliness and customer service standards in a retail setting.As a loyal patron of 7-Eleven, I've always appreciated the convenience and variety offered by the store. However, my recent encounter with Crystal has left me deeply disappointed and hesitant to return.I urge the management of 7-Eleven to take immediate action to address the behavior of employees like Crystal. Such conduct not only tarnishes the reputation of the store but also creates a hostile environment for customers.In conclusion, my visit to 7-Eleven was marred by Crystal's disrespectful behavior, including screaming at customers and a severe lack of hygiene. It's imperative that steps are taken to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all patrons.

Went here last night for a few things never again the nacho machine wasn’t working properly and stopped working halfway through Making them so we said something and waited and waited and waited for it to get fixed finally after over 10 minutes and them helping all the other customers that came in after us we said screw it. we didn’t want them and left them because now they were soggy and gross and we couldn’t get what we wanted so we got in line with the items we did want we’re gonna pay. the manger decided that was not and option and told me I still had to pay for the nachos and told me she was gonna charge me for them wether I got them or not. so I sat all my stuff on the counter and walked out she then followed me out side harassing me and screaming at me for 10 minutes (I did scream back but that’s besides the point) saying she’s calling the cops because I’m stealing and I need to come pay for the items and trying to take pictures of my car and license plate mind you the items never left the store multiple people says this. She called the police station and said she needed a police officer to come down so I was waiting she went back inside and then a few minutes later one of the other customers came out and said she got put on hold so she hung up and that she was just gonna have me keep waiting outside to waste my time she is a joke and needs fired the way she acted ove 3$ nachos which don’t actually cost them 3$ was ridiculous and out of line maybe worry about all the crackheads that go in there and actually steal and not someone that was willing to pay for their items

I’ve been coming here for awhile and it’s definitely hit or miss. However this will be my last time. I can’t believe I witnessed the manager (who looks like she may or may not have dabbled in the glass) complaining about delivery drivers and looking at her phone rather than help customers. It was this poor delivery guys fist time here and she tore into him because he showed up at lunch time. You’re not a damn restaurant you tweaker! She said her one other employee was on lunch break. Why are you letting your one employee take a break at your busiest time? You’re not the only account that gentlemen has. He is very busy as well. I will not be supporting an establishment who lets someone treat delivery people (who are also customers btw) like this. Goodbye forever! Get bent Crystal!

Been going here for years. The owner is very helpful and always smiles. The employees are very respectful and curtious.the store is well stocked and my go to spot when up late
