I want to thank Stuart and the technician team for their kindness and providing amazing customer service while the transmission for my Nissan Altima got replaced. I really appreciate how Stuart kept me informed throughout process as well as providing additional recommendations to avoid future complications. Not only did the process run smoothly, but I received my car back sooner than expected and it's running great! Best mechanics in town. Very knowledgeable and got me out of a pinch fast! Had a starter go out and had to get it towed in to them and they got me in and out and back on the road asap! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

My mechanic referred me here for transmission work, and I am very thankful for the consistent communication I was met with. Jason helped me from the beginning — he stayed with me the whole time. I felt very confident in Jason working on my car because of his open communication. He didn’t try to upsell me anything, and he was clear with what he would do with the car before moving forward with any test/repair.I needed a new transmission for my car. He found a new one and a used one and gave me the AAMCO price for both. I found one through a different company, and he explained the warranty policies of AAMCO. He allowed me to bring in a third-party part upon my understanding of the policy.I had new fluid and a filter I recently bought in the passenger seat of the car, and Jason used those things. I did not have to buy all new fluid/filter/etc from AAMCO. Very kind.I was back and forth on the phone with him due to price matching of different transmissions and other things. He was so patient and helpful. Seriously I was blown away. I have a bit of fear entrusting a stranger with big car repairs because of my lack of knowledge on car specifics and past experiences of mechanics adding a bunch of unnecessary repairs to rack up the cost. Jason did not do this. He was clear, straightforward, and there was no underlying demeaning tone. If I didn’t understand something, he just kindly explained it.Very grateful for the help I received from this place, and I recommend it to anyone in the area.

I would highly recommend this place! Stuart and his crew did a amazing job. Had our transmission fixed, brought it home had some issues with it called Stuart up that night took care of me right away made it right. Great customer service! Price was awesome too! Thank you Stuart and his team. Very great full to find this place.

Stewart and team were very helpful in diagnosing why my check engine light was on. Not only did they get me in same day, but service was quick, friendly and most importantly, honest & fair! I will be coming to AAMCO from now on for my servicing. Their location behind Starbucks is an added bonus as if I’m needing service, I can work from the coffee shop as I wait. 10/10 recommend Stewart and his team!

This was by far the fastest and easiest car repair I’ve ever had! The workers are incredible and the manager Stewart was as nice as a slice of warm apple pie. They were fair priced if not the best in town on top of that. I highly recommend any service they do and I will be going back for any future repairs when needed. AAMCO you made me a loyal customer! Thank you!
