I’ve purchased many items and returned to the store again and again. The staff is knowledgeable and you usually don’t have to wait long for questions or checkout. Selection has been good for things I’ve needed.

Went I bought my used 2005 nissan armada from a dealer 18 months ago the battery was weak and the dealer replaced it with a duralast from AutoZone and gave me the receipt for it for the warranty. I called AutoZone this morning and they said they won't honor the warranty because it was purchased by the dealer. They lost a loyal customer today
