Ive used H&R Lebanon for a decade and they have had problems keeping my contact info current. Referencing old email accounts and old work phone numbers as current forms of contact.
Easily overlooked because the staff is amazing.
Until one day I came in to sign something and I dated my signature military style year month day. The lady said “oh that’s not a good date this is America” my wife told her I date things in a military fashion and she looked at me and said “who’s military are you in”. For context I am of asian descent born and raised in Oregon with no accent and been in the US military my entire adulthood.
I reported it and am still a customer. No need to judge an entire company over one employee.”
