I don't live in this area, but my son does. I have frequented this branch for a variety of reasons over the last 18 months for other than financial transactions. I have gone in twice for notary services & recently for documentation relating to a trust. The staff have always been helpful, pleasant & efficient. I've only ever had to wait just a few minutes & everyone there is so friendly!

If I could give it a negative rating I would... every time I go I have a long wait, they can't help me, new people aren't nice. Gladly I don't have any accounts with them but definitely suggesting my family to find a new bank. Horrible horrible service. I never give bad ratings but hopefully they will step up their game.

Just came in for a statement of the last 30 days. Took about an hour. Supposedly the computers weren't cooperating. Never had an experience like this before. Not sure why it would take this long. Fail

I walked into this branch hoping to find out more about mobile and online banking, specifically so I could set up a recurring payment for our monthly rent payment. I waited 40 minutes to meet with Chris; he was the only customer service rep working at the time (besides the tellers). I am not sure if they are understaffed, or if his coworker(s) were taking a long break, but i was very frustrating to wait so long for something so simple. Once Chris was done helping the clients at his desk, he walked over to inform me that he had an appointment ahead of me (I was just a walk-in), and he'd be another 20 minutes or so. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to wait that long, so I became a little agitated. I came off as rude to Chris, but instead ofbeing offended or upset at my attitude, he gracefully asked the fellow with an appointment if he could help me first. The kind gentleman agreed, and Chris walked me over to his desk. After Chris explained his answers to all my questions (most of which i found to be easily answered by myself with the slightest amount of research), I sure felt like a doofus. Chris was always kind and incredibly helpful despite my bad attitude. Somebody give Chris a raise, and hire him some help!
