On January 30, 2024, around 3 p.m., my husband experienced something absurd from a branch manager named John at the Chase bank Lebanon branch. He asked for his business card and full name, but was refused, saying he did not have any. Chase bank is my main bank and I have been using this bank for over 10 years and this is the first time I have experienced anything like this. It is very disappointing. I would contact the bank's main branch and tell them to check the security cameras that recorded the manager's actions that day.

Real nice folks, until you have an issue. Then it's call 800 number, and someone in a cubicle tells you the computer makes the decisions, and can't be changed. What? Isn't that how Terminator 3 went? LoL Skynet starts at JP Morgan Headquarters!. So basically, they are a local ATM, that is useless while waiting for hold to release funds 8 days after deposit already has cleared the other bank. I have seen worse, but a hold is stressful, especial if you need those funds. I think this is due to banks short on cash, and slowing it down to keep up, but didn't think Chase was short, as they are considered the most sturdiest. Could be coincidence.

Horrible experience with the branch manager Jennifer, screamed and yelled on the phone then hung up on me and couldn’t help me with anything. Someone from the 1-800 number had to help me before she did.

Had a cpl grand in this savings. This was 10 yrs ago. For know reason the just up and canceled my accounts. Got a check in the mail for said account amount. I argued with them for months as to why. Never got a straight answer.Jokes on them though I have 180k saved at wells....and another 60k in another. But....I learned a lot from this. 1:Credit unions are better 2: have multiple accounts.

I've been banking with KeyBank for 6 years now and they have always been courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to others.

I have an account with Chase Bank. In general, I'm fine with the service and banking experience. My wife is disabled. She never leaves the house except for the occasional doctor appointment. She requires the use of oxygen equipment and a wheelchair. It is a lot of work for her to leave home. As a result, she is not on my bank account. Chase has a policy that she needs to go into the bank in person in order to add her onto my existing account. Meanwhile, Chase advertises people can open new accounts online without stepping foot inside the bank. I've asked repeatedly for explanations to support why we can open a new account without going in, but adding my wife to my existing account requires her physical appearance. No one has been able to provide an answer that makes sense. Finally, I was promised that the manager of our local branch would call to discuss this matter. To no one's surprise, I never received a call. So, I'm now opening a new joint account online with another bank for my wife and I. Once my direct deposits have cleared, I'll be closing my accounts with Chase Bank for good.

Their policy will not let me deposit cash ($300) in my Wife's account. How is that a real policy?

Be very weary of this bank - my identity was stolen here and Steve Hutchison totally failed to do his job. I received three debit cards in the mail from Chase Bank and I had not opened any accounts there. I went in to get this sorted out as obvious there was some thing bad going on. The teller told me I would need to have a seat and the banker ( Steve) would help momentarily. I sat and waited and when Steve came over he refused to help me figure out what was going on, instead he barked at me “ You have to have a appointment to see me” I explained that there was fraud situation and that I don’t bank with them but needed to get this handled right now. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence and told me “it isn’t his problem”. I ended up having to call the corporate level of chase bank and found out someone stole my identity and opened up accounts in my name. I am still working with them to get it all solved but I have filed a formal complaint against Mr Hutchinson and will expect management to give him so training so this doesn’t happen again.

I don't live in this area, but my son does. I have frequented this branch for a variety of reasons over the last 18 months for other than financial transactions. I have gone in twice for notary services & recently for documentation relating to a trust. The staff have always been helpful, pleasant & efficient. I've only ever had to wait just a few minutes & everyone there is so friendly!
