“I've been with T-Mobile for a few months now and I am very happy with their service. Today I stopped by to get help making a claim and the male employee that helped me did an amazing job as well as the female employee that was there I believe store manager. I had my 2 year old and he was starting to get upset towards the end and she went above and beyond to help ease the process and even tried helping calm him down for a few minutes. I've never experienced this amazing customer service before. I'm very happy ?”
