Easy to drop off boxes that are ready to ship. They are scanned in, you get a confirmation text, and then the boxes are put in a locked cabinet until the FedEx truck comes to pick them up in the morning. If you drop them off at lunchtime or later, this does mean that they will be shipped the next day. Employees were very helpful and friendly. There does not appear to be any security issues. The packages are secured and not visible to anyone walking by.

The biggest issue I have with this location is that they don't have a secure location or even a dedicated location for packages when you drop them off. When you bring your package here, they just stack them on the floor on the aisle with no one attending. I have not lost a package yet after dropping off here, but it seems like it would be easy for an unscrupulous type to walk out with a pacakage. There is a location in the back where they take photos that would be much better where the packages could at least be stored behind the counter when you drop them off.

I had taken a package to Walgreens to have sent off and they couldn’t print my label for me. I was told to go to the UPS store. So I did and they can’t print the labels either. I had print it at work and then take it back to Walgreens. The girl working was not helpful either time. Really bad experience all around. I won’t go back for a fed ex shipment.
