Fantastic gym! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable! The rates for a trainer are awesome and they do an amazing job! I got great results! Everyone is super friendly, and will go out of their way to help you! Best gym I’ve been to!

Noland helped me and my wife get situated with a week pass while visiting. Love this little gym. Not too crowded and everyone here is nice. Good selection of machines with more exercise rooms upstairs. Will come back here everytime I'm visiting Lebanon.
