This is the second hear my wife and I have done our taxes through Nance. This year, she advocated so strongly for us when she found out our car dealer had been improperly trained on filing the Clean Vehicle credit. She spent multiple hours of her time on the phone with the dealership a) educating them so there are no more EV guinea pigs and b) worked with them to make sure they would cut me a check for the Clean Vehicle credit I was supposed to receive now during tax season. I would never expect a tax pro to be such a strong personal advocate, but that is who Nance has turned into for us. In addition, she's such a sweet lady who we love working with in general. I could not recommend her services highly enough! Thank you Nance!

I meant to do my back taxes with them. They have my tax information and they haven't called me. And it's been almost a year.I don't know what's going on with this branch, but I wonder what's happening with my information and what's going on within the branch itself

If I could mark no stars I would. In my opinion I would go elsewhere as this office is full of sextet workers. And I hope this office shuts down for good. Nobody will miss it in Lebanon.
