Awful!!! Cat went in for surgery. We were informed he may have lymphoma, biopsy was taken and "sent" to the lab, called 3 times within a week and a half to finally be told it was Misplaced but they will "personally drive it in today". Absolute trash care being taken with the lives of your pets at this place.... Look elsewhere, please look elsewhere! ( Update: Very sad how unorganized & careless this place was with the entire situation )

Ive been going to the Lebanon animal hospital for years. I highly recommend them. Years ago when they found out that my cat had passed away, they reached out to me with their deepest sympathy. They truly care. That is just one reason of many why I choose Lebanon animal hospital.

My favorite is Dr Sarah, but she only works 2 days a week. They are BUSY but will get you in on short notice if it is an emergency, and they know you. I've been going there 5 years.

They always do such a great job taking care of our animals. This week, our 9 week old puppy broke his leg. They were so fast to help and took such good care of little Jack. Thank you!!!

The Staff at this Animal Hospital is top-notch. My dog was just diagnosed with Diabetes and the staff stayed after closing, to explain how to administer his new medication, new regime and food. They truly care for your fur babies and I wouldn’t take mine anywhere else but here.

I called Lebanon Animal Hospital at the end of their business day. My 21 year old adopted feral kitty was at end of life, and he rapidly started to decline. The night I called I was in tears because I knew he was in so much pain. The kind receptionist put me on hold, and then came back to say Dr Willis would stay late so I could bring him in to help him pass. They were so kind, efficient and made something so hard manageable. I’m forever grateful to the staff who facilitated going above and beyond. Ferris is at rest now. Thank you Dr Willis and team.

In the 11 years I have been going here, they have been most considerate and kind. Whenever a procedure of one sort or another needed to be done we were given a sheet with what the procedure entails. What they felt was really necessary and a column next to it what we could get by with if we were financially unable to handle the full load. Such as extra pain med for just in case. If we approved of one or the other we signed the paper and they proceeded with what was agreed to. Before hand. When my baby was dying of cancer the vet wanted to keep her going as long as possible with pain meds until there was no other option. For the vet up to the last minute was her option. She did want to see Chloe die any sooner than absolutely the last minute. But my little lady had always lived with dignity. So we wanted her to die with dignity. The vet was it's only 2 months, let her have them. I was even with the meds she would be in pain and she fought taking meds a few years ago when she had cystitis. I will not put our cat through that. No pain. No fighting. Put her down. Vet said I disagree. But I will respect your wishes. She had tears in her eyes as she gave Chloe her final peace. These people have always been very caring and respectful. We had fallen on hard times and our dog needed surgery. It took 5 years to save the $700. By the time we did. The vet said she has lived past the usual life expectancy of this breed. I think doing the surgery would only hasten the end. She is not in pain, nor in danger from the tumor. We can keep her comfortable until her final passing. That was a year ago and our little girl has yet to slow down. I so appreciate these people and all they have done for my "kids".

When my mini-chihuahua, Mouse, slowed and then stopped eating on Sunday, I was extremely concerned - combined with a warm, dry nose and continually trying to lick with a DRY tongue by Sunday , I was getting paniced! It's not easy finding ANY vet who will just fit you in except for the Urgent Care Clinics and they way out of my budget. Fortunately Lebanon Animal Hospital was able to fit Mouse in and they were the answer to my prayers! They kept her for several hours, examined and prescribed anitbiotics and within a week she has started eating, drinking and as much as I wish sometimes she wouldn't, barking at every noise! The Doctor, their assistants and office personnel were awesome! You won't regret going there if your pet needs care!

What a team of wonderful people. My dog recently had an open wound and needed to be seen. I called in the morning and they were booked all day with other animals but asked if i could drop her off and they would get to her when they could. I was working and had a small window where I could go home and get my dog to drop off and get back to work. The receptionist doesn't check in animals but she knew I had to get back to work so she took the time to help me with the paperwork to get my dog checked in. By the afternoon Dr. Vielbig called me personally with the results. It wasn't great news and she helped me through the process. She even told me she was not working that weekend, but if I had to bring my dog back in, to have the office call her in and she would come. Thank you for helping me with this difficult time of my dogs life. Everyone was so thoughtful.

My first visit with the Lebanon Animal Hospital was really good. The staff were efficient, personable and treated my dog like their own! Dr. Schmidt was great, she took her time examining my dog, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend.

I recently had to take my lab in for what was a severe intestinal blockage, Dr Vielbig kept me informed on her condition and performed the surgery needed. My dog is back to normal and I appreciate the care given by all the staff. Thanks, Glen
