AVOID NORCO FOR CPAP SUPPLIES they are using S3, and they are horrible. The only way they ship is UPS using the US post office for final delivery. My post office is CLOSED other than limited hours during middle of the day and not open on Saturday. So you ship with UPS, the better and finish with USPS, the worst in the shipping business. Since Norco took over Samaritan service is poor and their billing department is horrible and insulting when it comes to billing insurance correctly

After having so much difficulty with getting Oxygen for my mom the problem was resolved by Hannah who was so pleasant and kind. And Penny who made sure my request was taken care of. I definitely felt better when I left. Thank you both.

Penney Allen was the most competent and helpful customer rep. I have come across in years. I had a problem getting the insurance company to pay for my sisters' hospital bed , which she desperately needed. It took a little while but Penney stayed on it and made it happen. She needs to be commended and given a raise for her dedication and hard work. Thanks again Penney

Easy pick up and return for the knee scooter I rented after foot surgery. You can call the local office too, instead of the 800 number. Staff was friendly and warm.

Poor billing department got transfered here when they bought out Samaritan and get sent bills instead of the proper billi g insurance. Did not take any information when getting supplies in.person and then billing in Idaho informs me it was going to collections when they made no attemp to verify or migrate insurance from company they purchased. Was told that they were not going to babysit customers when it is there place to have the proper billing. Avoid at all costs as this is no longer locally owned company but is now based out of state

Since they took over I can't use any of the tubing or nasal cannulas they've provided. Customer service sucks. No phone calls, just shows up at my door to check the equipment! Really? Inferior items, who just shows up at your door, did u forget how to use a phone ???????????????????????????

I called to get supplies only to be transferred to another company and then the same thing happened with that company. So I called back to the original company to explain my needs and what happened on the previous call only for her to abruptly transfer me yet again.

I called a few days ago to see if they carried my sons medical supplies. I got an answering service during normal business hours and they took a message. I never received a phone call back. I don't understand what happened to companies actually answering their phones verses having these call centers answer and taking messages. Samaritan has gone down hill in all areas.
