The staff, including David, Cass, and the volunteers, truly care about the well-being of their animals and strive to offer the best care and most up-to-date practices. Their passion and love for animals goes beyond business, constantly growing their education and pushing out information for everyone to learn. Customers love the great prices and great people, with one noting the best drosophila hydei culture found anywhere. Another customer drives from Albany monthly for feeders, praising the love, knowledge, and understanding for a picky snake. Very nice people help figure out issues with snakes, and the store is the only place in Lebanon with live pinky mice available. Most reptiles come from here, and customers thank them for their knowledge, love, care, and being down to earth. It is a good place to get reptiles or just visit reptiles and people.

Very nice people they were willing to help me figure out what the issue was I had with my snake they also have pinky mice available live it's the only place in Lebanon that I know has them.
