Tasty treat from Starbucks @ Safeway in Lebanon, OR. ! While browsing for veggies at Safeway, I heard over the loud speaker that Starbucks was giving out samples. I didn't really pay any attention to what they were promoting and didn't think much of it again until we were ready to check out and I noticed some other customers enjoying a little something. Since Starbucks is close to the check out area, I made my way there and snatched up a sample for myself and it was so delicious, I had to go back and ask what it was called! As seen in the picture, it was a cute, well-made sample of a cinnamon roll Frappuccino. I would have guessed it was vanilla bean with just a sprinkle of cinnamon on the whip. I appreciated the sweet treat, but wouldn't go all out and buy a normal size of it, I can't imagine wanting to consume that much sugar!! It was very nice, nonetheless, for them to promote drinks through enticing samples. Thank you.

Curb side pick up is the worst. Received a confirmation email saying that payment was processed and to wait for a Ready to be Picked Up email. Never received an email so I called the store. Was told that they couldn't find my order with my name or order number and to call the 1-800 number. I called and the only thing they could do was cancel the order. I did that before going into the store to pickup my items. Later, I received a phone call from the store stating that my order was ready for pick-up. They told me my name wasn't on the order, even though they should be able to see the card charged on file, verify my order number and phone number. Regardless, after speaking with the supervisor, she made it seem like it was my fault. Complete waste of my time. Terrible curb side pick-up system that they have at this location. Never again! My recommendation is to pick a different Safeway for curb side pick-up or walk into the store.

Too expensive anymore to go there. Lemon is built thousands and thousands of Apartments but yet our store is getting smaller more crowded more lines more expensive. And I'll be damned if I go to Walmart.

If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would. The self checkout person who doesn’t Actually scan your stuff sat there staring the entire time and was rude and judgmental and treated me and my boyfriend as though we weee healing when we spent over $200 on groceries. Good times.

I'm rating the deli manager as a crazy lier all she does is talk on that phone run employees and people down she is probably on drugs that's how those people work I'll never ever shop or come back to that store ever I'll go to Walmart or WinCo first she is always in someone's business whether you work there or not .she one crazy person and should be fired at once the way she handles herself and controlling I'm speak less she is a liar and probably stealing from Safeway too if I was you I would stay far away from Safeway I mean that deli for sure

The employees here are nice. As far as the patrons, I can say it is the only store I go in that 95 percent of the people have their noses in the air and scowels on their faces. On top of this everything is beyond overpriced. I go to the store to buy groceries not be cheated and looked down on by all the classy people. Yuk

The wait time for pharmacy is too long. Ten people in line only one checker and 5 people behind the back counter does not set well.

Just went for a few quick items. Used the self checkout as the line was the shortest. Long story short, the machine has an issue and needs an associate. April, the self checkout associate was running in circles trying to assist everyone. I give her kudos for still being courteous and helpful, despite all of the machines having errors almost at the same time.

I actually don't enjoy going to Safeway very often. The service is generally terrible (cashiers/aisle workers/management).But tonight was a different experience. Lexi, the girl working at the deli is AWESOME. Her customer service is on point, she radiates happiness, she made sure we were taken care of and it was the BEST experience I've had in Safeway in years.To the management there; You are lucky to have an employee like her!!
