Under staffed over worked Good Folks. Cut them slack people, half of Lebanons pharmacy's just closed. 20 to 30 minutes in line won't kill us. Try encouraging them.

A year ago I moved to mail RX orders due to the inefficiency of Safeway Pharmacy. Unfortunately there’s just some things you have to get in an emergency. When I came down with an eye infection I couldn’t wait the 3 days for a Rx to be mailed so I had it sent here. An hour later I go to the pharmacy (how long can it take to label a box of eye drops after all). Upon arriving the line was as it always is, 15+ people deep with no sense of urgency from the employees. After waiting another 40 minutes in line they tell me they don’t even have the RX. I called the urgent care and they confirmed they sent it, and then resent it. This is exactly why I stopped using this place. When I finally asked to talk with a manager they said they “might” be in next week. I asked for a number and they said it was the pharmacy number… that the manager may or may not be at? Makes sense why this pharmacy has a 2 star rating. I’m surprised they even have that. I left still not getting the meds for my eye infection if anyone’s curious.

40 minute line is outrageous. This location needs help. Since other pharmacies have closed and pushed the burden on the staff here the wait is rediculous. Also, the wait room is absolutely filthy. Looks like a dirty motel. Whose responsibly? I don't plan to come back. Notifying my insurance provider.

Worst pharmacy ever they never answer there phone. It takes 2-5 days to get anything filled . I was told yesterday that there was only one pharmacest working so no prescriptions would be filled .

Half hour or more waits in line are absurd. At least put some chairs out. A lot of folks who need prescriptions can't stand this long.

Been in line for 40 minutes with 8 people in front of me. Lady says we close at 4pm so we probably won't get to you. Maybe stay late or work faster...They always take so long, even when they have a bunch of ppl back there... just sitting around. I've came here before and was told they couldn't fill my prescription as it would take to long... told them I was just in the hospital and desperately needed it. All of a sudden they could fill it right away. To be honest this place sucks and is so extremely slow for no reason. I suggest getting your prescription elsewhere.

Tasty treat from Starbucks @ Safeway in Lebanon, OR. ! While browsing for veggies at Safeway, I heard over the loud speaker that Starbucks was giving out samples. I didn't really pay any attention to what they were promoting and didn't think much of it again until we were ready to check out and I noticed some other customers enjoying a little something. Since Starbucks is close to the check out area, I made my way there and snatched up a sample for myself and it was so delicious, I had to go back and ask what it was called! As seen in the picture, it was a cute, well-made sample of a cinnamon roll Frappuccino. I would have guessed it was vanilla bean with just a sprinkle of cinnamon on the whip. I appreciated the sweet treat, but wouldn't go all out and buy a normal size of it, I can't imagine wanting to consume that much sugar!! It was very nice, nonetheless, for them to promote drinks through enticing samples. Thank you.

Curb side pick up is the worst. Received a confirmation email saying that payment was processed and to wait for a Ready to be Picked Up email. Never received an email so I called the store. Was told that they couldn't find my order with my name or order number and to call the 1-800 number. I called and the only thing they could do was cancel the order. I did that before going into the store to pickup my items. Later, I received a phone call from the store stating that my order was ready for pick-up. They told me my name wasn't on the order, even though they should be able to see the card charged on file, verify my order number and phone number. Regardless, after speaking with the supervisor, she made it seem like it was my fault. Complete waste of my time. Terrible curb side pick-up system that they have at this location. Never again! My recommendation is to pick a different Safeway for curb side pick-up or walk into the store.

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. I wish they had a little longer hours, and they can be a little slow, but overall I've been pretty happy with them over the years.

They never answer their phones and my doctor has had to send over my prescription numerous times!! And the customer service is horrible.

Really bad service. I called 5-7 times to get a prescription refilled over the time they opened at 2:00pm and kept getting no answer or told it wasn't sent over yet. But my prescription was sent over to them 3 times by my doctor.
Then, I was told they were closing at 5:00pm which means they were only open for 3 hours? I had to switch to a different pharmacy because this one clearly just isn't working!
