Tasty treat from Starbucks @ Safeway in Lebanon, OR. ! While browsing for veggies at Safeway, I heard over the loud speaker that Starbucks was giving out samples. I didn't really pay any attention to what they were promoting and didn't think much of it again until we were ready to check out and I noticed some other customers enjoying a little something. Since Starbucks is close to the check out area, I made my way there and snatched up a sample for myself and it was so delicious, I had to go back and ask what it was called! As seen in the picture, it was a cute, well-made sample of a cinnamon roll Frappuccino. I would have guessed it was vanilla bean with just a sprinkle of cinnamon on the whip. I appreciated the sweet treat, but wouldn't go all out and buy a normal size of it, I can't imagine wanting to consume that much sugar!! It was very nice, nonetheless, for them to promote drinks through enticing samples. Thank you.

Curb side pick up is the worst. Received a confirmation email saying that payment was processed and to wait for a Ready to be Picked Up email. Never received an email so I called the store. Was told that they couldn't find my order with my name or order number and to call the 1-800 number. I called and the only thing they could do was cancel the order. I did that before going into the store to pickup my items. Later, I received a phone call from the store stating that my order was ready for pick-up. They told me my name wasn't on the order, even though they should be able to see the card charged on file, verify my order number and phone number. Regardless, after speaking with the supervisor, she made it seem like it was my fault. Complete waste of my time. Terrible curb side pick-up system that they have at this location. Never again! My recommendation is to pick a different Safeway for curb side pick-up or walk into the store.

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. I wish they had a little longer hours, and they can be a little slow, but overall I've been pretty happy with them over the years.

They never answer their phones and my doctor has had to send over my prescription numerous times!! And the customer service is horrible.

most incompetent bunch of people I've ever seen. They should all be fired, especially the "manager". They don't even answer the phone. Have to wait at least 30 minutes in line to tell them to fill your prescription which should already be done then maybe you'll get it that day maybe not.

Really bad service. I called 5-7 times to get a prescription refilled over the time they opened at 2:00pm and kept getting no answer or told it wasn't sent over yet. But my prescription was sent over to them 3 times by my doctor.Then, I was told they were closing at 5:00pm which means they were only open for 3 hours? I had to switch to a different pharmacy because this one clearly just isn't working!

Worst pharmacy ever always excuses from the staff. Always switching up saying my meds are ready i go up there and they tell me it hasnt been ready like what the hell this happened more than once and im quite angry switching pharmacies ASAP I suggest don’t get your medication there.

Completely unprofessional. Closed on 9/30/23 without updating the voicemail. Some days they will not answer the phone at all. It is well worth your time to just go elsewhere. Pathetic really.

If you loose your Rx number you are out of luck because they never answer the phone if you need to speak to someone.

Worst. Safeway is the worst. They used to be good but have went down hill in the past few years. They customer service is real bad in Sweet Home, Oregon. They don't care about anything but making a paycheck. I've had so many bad experiences here, I don't know where to start.

I was in self checkout buying beer and the lady carded me and this was the first time ever so I asked because I'm obviously older and she said if you don't like it shop somewhere else. I go there every day this is really sad

So slow! Waited in line standing for 30 minutes. I customer every 15 minutes processed. Considering changing pharmacy.

We were told that my son's medication for his ear infection was delivered until noon and that they would have it soon. At 5 pm we called to see when it would be done and told that they didn't have any medication in stock and that we had to call around to other pharmacies to see if they had any and they would send the prescription to them. And just now we were told that that's not how they do things after we found a pharmacy that had the medicine. Meanwhile my son's ears are inflamed and some draining. So angry at the lack of professionalism of this store. I would give it less then 1 start of I could.

The Deli has definitely gone down in quality, especially their fried chicken. The chicken is so small and dry in comparison to Walmarts deli, and it's not crispy anymore. It use to be much better than Walmart, but in the last few months it has definitely dropped in quality.

Spent almost a half an hour just waiting for my fuel. Gas attendants ran around seemingly confused about who had our hadn't been helped and I wasn't asked nor given the opportunity to ask, if I wanted to use my fuel points. The only reason I shop here is for the fuel points.
