She talked to me very nicely but we set up a time and a place and she never showed and I have been calling like crazy and no response or call back and it’s been a couple weeks now since we last talked. She sounds nice but, if she wants more renters than she should follow through or at least keep the seeker updated

Bought our rental place and immediately gave us a no cause eviction, repainted and upped the rent $300. Claimed we never paid our last months rent, had to pay it twice because Shirley here handed me her copy of the receipt as well and then claimed theres no reason i should have her copy, and i must have stolen it and forged her signature. Somehow the finances are enough of a mess she couldnt find an extra $650 she didnt have a receipt to account for.

Our first visit with Shirley was pleasant, but after calling her today to ask a few questions to refresh my mind she was very rude. She seemed annoyed that I was having her do her job. All I asked was how much the deposit, and rent was and if the property was still available to apply for. It was like pulling teeth. Customer service is not for everyone.

She goes above and beyond to try to get you into your own place when you are trying to work your way back up in life. Very nice and understanding.

I lived at Shirley Miller's apartments in Lebanon on s.9th ST for 6 weeks because I had other plans first off I'm a disabled senior before filling out an application I asked was the area quiet & was pets allowed she replied with of course it's quiet there's even other senior living there & she also said there was no pets allowed at this property I then filled out the application send it to her by mail since I wasn't living in Oregon at the time I sent the application & money order to her certified as soon as I mailed it off I sent her a email to let her know what day it should be there the post office tried to deliver the letter twice & she was not available until I called & left messages once she received the letter & processed it she told me the security deposit was $1300 when the rent was only $895 I thought that was kinda odd but I had plans to get to Oregon I also didn't mind paying the much because this was newly built once I got to the office I that I had the wrong place because it's a trailer that she's lives in one side & works in from another side I ring the door bell & it took a while for her to answer the door even after knowing we had an appointment that day finally she opened the door & we went over the paper work & once everything was finish she took me to choose a unit after that I started to settle in everything was okay until two weeks later when paying rent she seem not to want to give out rent receipts saying my receipt will be once she cash the check I said but if I bring you my check on the 1st & you don't cash it until the 5th you can easily say I was late on my rent she never cashed my check the same nor the next day when I dropped it off at the office secondly some new neighbors moved in that had a pet & a lot of people living there despite it only being a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment the kids knocked on your door & ran pulled the flowers out of the dirt left their toys all over the walk way of my apartment was not in school most of the days & ect I could have easily took matters into my own hands & reached out to resources to look into this matter but I didn't I was so happy to be leaving in 4 weeks I sent in my 30 day notice a month before & I moved out took photos & returned the keys & a few weeks later I received some of my deposit I immediately called no answer I left a few messages & 1 week letter I received a letter say there is a mandatory rug cleaning fee & the rest that was taking out was for a few paint chips by the main door the receipt look as if the had a friend fill it out the photos of the supposedly normal ware & tear was so blurry & look like she took photos of a completely different place & sent them to me long story short Shirley is not consistent in responding to emails, calls & lies about normal ware & tear just to keep some of your deposit she took over $400 from my security deposit she rents to anybody's especially the people who like to party all night please read the lease carefully & make sure if you're not a pet person get something in writing saying there's no pets allowed on the property also make sure you do a walk through inspection before you move in & when you leave she come off as nice small & caring but she's a crook it's listed under All 4 u probably but Shirley owns those apartments & more this is public information you can look it up she took advantage of me being that I'm a disabled senior I wish I never rented from her it's a shame how some people make a living off stealing other people's hard earning money protect yourself people I'm sure she will respond acting as if this is all a lie & ect just know owners & managers makes more money off ripping people off she owns multiple properties making thousands of dollars monthly/yearly yet she's ripping off elderly people like me.

Shirely Miller was Professional. She went out of her way to get me a place to live when i was moving for Employment. She worked on her day off. She was the only one that called me back and followed up after 30 days of searching.

Shirley, our new property manager, turned a bad situation into a very good situation in an unbelievable amount of time. After learning our previous property manager was not paying close attention to our property we turned to Shirley. In just a few weeks time Shirley and Nathan (Shirley's contractor who is extremely easy to work with and does excellent work) cleaned up our house to rent ready status. This wasn't an easy job. We had nearly $9,000 in damages to the house. Here is the kicker we did this all over the phone. Shirley's efforts are above and beyond. We are blown away by this experience.

Looking for my second home away from my family I found a lot of challenges. My first landlord gave me a horrible view on landlords in general. Shirley has been the most amazing person to do business with and the home that she has rented us is beautiful. I have no worries while living here, she shows myself and my room mates so much respect even though to most people we are just "kids". I look forward to many years of happy renting with her, in this house. To anyone reading this, you have nothing to fear from renting from All-4-U Property Management.

As a recent Tenant I can tell you that this was the best rental experience I've ever had. Shirley Miller is honest, trustworthy, and a pleasure to do business with. The few minor repairs we needed done were taken care of promptly. We were sad to leave but I found employment in another state. I highly recommend all 4 u property!
