Wow what an experience I just had at this store. And I don’t mean in a good way.For some context, I recently dropped my iPhone 11, cracked the back of it, and was experiencing SIM card errors and losing service. Because of that I wanted to buy a new phone, and looked up the price online for the one I wanted, made sure it was in stock at this store then withdrew $1000 to go in and buy it. The reason I buy my phones outright is because the “deals” these companies offer aren’t really deals at all and I don’t want to be locked into anything. It’s basically just an updated version of the 2 year cellphone contract. Now getting back to my experience at this location, I walk in and see one associate helping a man buy a phone, and then what I’m assuming is the manager and another associate helping a family add a couple new lines to their account. Figuring that one of them would split off and come over and help me, I sit down and wait but then get confused as I watch the “manager” stay with the other employee and do absolutely nothing but just stand there. He then walks to the back and helps the employee get the phones out of the safe, and doesn’t return with him. He didn’t ask what I’m in for or anything. Fine, I figure that since the single guy buying the new iPhone would most likely be a quick transaction, I stay patient and wait a few more minutes. The kid helping him tries to put the transaction through three separate time, each time needing basically all of his information over again and each time it would not go through. This is when he realizes the tablet he’s using needed to be logged into with the manager’s credentials. By this point, I’ve been sitting there for 25 minutes while the employee is desperately trying to get this guy rung up and out of the store, meanwhile his manager is in the bathroom, doing god knows what for 20 minutes. It’s at this point I decide to not buy the phone, I will just get a SIM replacement then buy a new phone and either switch to one of the prepaid phone service providers. The level of incompetence and the apathetic attitude radiating from this “manager” has not only infected the employees that work there, it has destroyed my confidence in T-Mobile providing me any kind of customer service or satisfaction in the future. I will not support a company that allows this kind of work ethic or behavior. Why do I feel this way? Well, finally after coming out of the bathroom, close to 40 minutes after I first sat down, the manager comes out and is about to leave to go to lunch without helping the employee with his login credentials, or help me. The employee stops him and gets it from him, then the manager turns to me and lazily asks, “What do you need?” I felt like it was almost as if he hated me and wanted absolutely nothing but to treat me as poorly as he possibly could. I responded I need a new SIM card and that whole process takes about 1 minute. Once he’s finished, he just walks away. He doesn’t ask if there’s anything else I need or that I’m good to go, and I wasn’t sure if I had to pay for the SIM card either. He just hands me my phone and slowly walks away without saying a word. It was seriously such a strange and off putting encounter. Since there were children in there, I decided against giving this person a piece of my mind and letting him know just how inept and unprofessional he is, and really just a terrible human being overall. Didn’t get his name, but the greasy, chubby dude with unbrushed long hair and a neck beard, I’m sure you could care less because it actually did look like you don’t care about anything in life, but you’re the sole reason I’m ditching T-Mobile! Also, I guarantee I’m not the first that has done this either after their experience with you. Just know that brick and mortar phone stores are slowly being fazed out in favor of online support and sales (which is what I originally should have done) so soon enough you will be unemployed, that way or because you’re going to lose your company too many customers. Hopefully you become self-aware one day.

I've been with T-Mobile for a few months now and I am very happy with their service. Today I stopped by to get help making a claim and the male employee that helped me did an amazing job as well as the female employee that was there I believe store manager. I had my 2 year old and he was starting to get upset towards the end and she went above and beyond to help ease the process and even tried helping calm him down for a few minutes. I've never experienced this amazing customer service before. I'm very happy ?

I love T-Mobile! The staff knows what they are talking about. The service is great. I've never had issues with T-Mobile like some some of the other companies. And the 5G coverage is top notch.

Switched all my Internet and cellular needs to T-Mobile at this location. Business account with wifi hotspot and home internet. The carrier I switched from was a pain to get the job done. Spent more then a few hours in the store getting it all swapped over. The staff in the store were beyond patient and helpful. They went out of there way to get the job done right when the call center reps couldn't do it. Thank you guys you rock.

Answered my questions, but didn't fix my issue. And their plans are out of control expensive, not to mention you can call everyday for a week and sit on hold over an hour each time just to be hung up on or disconnect as they claim. If that doesn't explain the awesome coverage I don't know what does..

More helpful than calling t-mobile. I had called t-mobile and given them imei numbers that they promised would work with their service trying to get me to sign on. I knew it was questionable because these were international 5g phones. Went into the Lebanon location and the guys took the time to try their cards in mY phones and were honest about the outcome. It wasn't about the sell. Thank you!!!!

The staff at this location are the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of working with at a T-mobile store. Thank you for helping me set up my new phone.Your customer service is commendable.

As soon as we walked in the door we had a problem. I expressed that we had just gotten our new phones in the mail and we needed help activating them. We are new customers switching over after 20 years with Metro. The boy with tight curly brown hair and wire rim glasses kind of smirked and shook his head in a way that made me assume that he hates his job and we were going to have a hard time with him. Our next problem came when the liquid glass fell out of the box and I called them screen protectors. He was quick to correct me in a pompous way that they were not screen protectors. Then he said that we needed to buy Sim cards. The phones have electronic Sims. That led to another verbal failure. After that I was so frustrated with him that I said we wanted to return the phones and he was fine with that. He kept telling us to call TMOBILE. I told him I was just going to leave the phones with him and he said he would send us to collections. Overall, do not expect help from anyone in that store. They had no customers and there were two young kids working. They had no customer service skills. The other one could of jumped in to help but he just kept his head down played on his computer. SWe went home and called TMOBILE. I still do not have activated phones because I hung up after being on hold for an hour and 20 minutes....

Came into the T-Mobile last week was greeted by a woman which never introduced herself. We told her that we would like to upgrade my wife's phone. She checked our account and then proceeded to tell me that we could not upgrade her phone. I told her that's odd because we just checked online and was 100% able to do it on the website. She continued to tell us that it's not possible to upgrade her phone, needless to say we left very annoyed. While sitting in the parking lot. We called over to the T-Mobile in Albany. Which we were told that it is always possible to upgrade. We drove over to T-Mobile in Albany and within the hour left with both of our phones upgraded. Only charge was the activation fees. Management needs to take a hard look at their sales team, They are just letting people walk out without help. A little effort goes along ways. Won't be back, much rather drive the extra 15min to get help in Albany.
