Came in with my son to Possibly Open a new checking account, I ask the attendant about any promotions or anything they might have. to me opening an account at umqua. She very curtly said no, And showed No interest in Acquiring a new customer or customers. With the economy how it is your bank Should be working for you with great customer service. not you working for them. My sons banked here for a while and they have done very little To help him grow his savings nor his credit. He will be switching to a new bank soon.

Well I went to pull my money out and the woman there told me no lol I had them baffled with simple questions they couldn't answer they only knew 1 thing I'm not getting my money but umpqua in sweet home was like yeah we know you and have no problem giving you your money get ready people banks are gonna start telling you no when you want your money I will be changing banks

Moorfield, Lonna, and Tawny treated me like family. They helped me with some very important documentation. Forever grateful. The cherry on top of the Sunday is that I got to pet the cutest English bulldog puppy in the world.

Most horrible experience I've ever had with a bank. It was an excruciating 5 months. They screwed up my mortgage paperwork, dragged their feet, and cost me a lot of money. I had to use another finance company because they screwed everything up so bad. My advice is to go to anybody else!!!

Atm never seems to work properly and the tellers are very hit-or-miss - most of them are helpful and smart but there are a couple tellers that leave you feeling very scared they are holding your money...
