I came in specifically asked for help. Finding an item took them 25 minutes to finally help me it cost me my delivery gave me a negative review all because they would not help me. I lost money for business because they can't do their jobs and now I am actually affected as a delivery driver because of them.

Drive through pharmacy is convenient and the staff is friendly. Just takes some time but it's not their fault

The pharmacy lost my sons prescription twice. We were lucky that it wasn't a super important one, but that is negligent. I brought in a paper prescription and handed it to a clerk when picking up a different medication. Never heard anything so I just went in to get it. They had no record of it. Even though we knew what day I brought it in. They couldn't help me because it didn't exist. So I had his doctor fax it in or do it electronically however they do it. And they lost it again, never heard anything and there was no record.I switched pharmacies after that. Could you imagine if that was a life saving medication like insulin? Or blood thinners? Or many other things? And they couldn't help me? They didn't check the cameras. They couldn't find it. It was just gone. Don't go to this pharmacy.

Another example of big corporate pharmacies having total disregard for customers! Needing a flu shot for her work as an ICU Nurse, my wife made an appointment with this location over a day in advance. They were the only one available within 50 miles (about 30 from our house).Upon arriving at the store, she was informed that even customers with appointments were not being allowed in the store, and that to talk with pharmacy staff, we would have to wait in the drive-thru lane. After waiting well over one hour, we got to the window, only to be told that no one was there to give the shot. We were also blatantly lied to, as they claimed the Asst. Manager had called everyone to advise them. We, nor our answering machine ever even received a message, much less any evidence of a call! I'm sure Walgreen's could care less that they just screwed over another customer. Total lack of courtesy and professionalism! Shame on Walgreen's...and they just lost us as customers!

There are cats and dogs smarter than the people back at the pharmacy. Long wait times and like magic, the medication is not ready when I arrive to get it. The staff is rude to top it off. I would go with anyone else you can find.

If you have major medical health insurance don't bother. They don't contract with them. Please pay more than retail. Have a nice day drive through. What a joke

As other people have said these people are rude and not helpful at all. Our insurance company made as change pharmacies and I assume there are some good things about Walgreens but I have not found them yet.

Went here recently for my COVID-19 vaccine. The staff was so friendly and so warm, they made the whole process a lot less daunting than it could have been. Special shoutouts to Paula and Jennifer for completely decimating the demand of patients that were in that day. Thanks so much for positively impacting our lives and keeping us healthy and safe!!

The pharmacy is not only slow they are not customer service oriented. First they don't fill my prescription in January and then they don't fill it completely because they couldn't figure out how to bill my insurance correctly. They made me call insurance only to find out they were trying to fill an OLD prescription not the one sent in January. They when I can finally pick it up the pharmacist wants to council me on something I've take for 20 years.

Get ready for a long complaint but the corporate website won't take it for some reason so here it goes. This is the first time I've made a formal complaint for ANY business. Ive been treated so bad by this pharmacy so many times now that something had to be said. But the straw that broke the camels back, it was New Years Eve, last night. I needed to pick up my husbands PTSD nightmare medication and his antidepressants because he cannot go without them. I figured I'd swing by before I went into work. So I pull into the Drive Thru line 10 minutes before they closed at 5. There was one person ahead of me and they were taking quite a while. However, I wasn't in a hurry and I hadn't a clue that they closed at 5, so I just waited patiently. Finally, the car in front of me is done, so I pull forward to see the pharmacy tech pulling the curtain down to show that they are now closed. I look down at my phone and it's 5.01. One minute after close and I had been sitting there for ten minutes so I assumed they would help me. Everyone inside was scrambling now to get closed up, emptying trash cans, putting things away. I had at least 3 or 4 different employees see me sitting there and they all ignored me and acted like they didn't see me. I sat there for another TEN MINUTES until an employee finally got on the speaker and told me they were closed. I said I know but I was here well before close and my husband NEEDS his medication, he can't go without it and asked if they would please do one more transaction because it was very important. He told me he could do nothing about it because everything was off already and said that if I was here before 5 then I should have came inside. I had no idea they closed at 5 in the first place! And to top things off they are closed today too for New Years Day. So he's going without, for two nights. I'm extremely angry and concerned. And he now has to go without. Walgreens needs to figure out some sort of way to help the customers that were there WAITING before they closed. It's New Years Eve for gods sake. I cannot believe the employees at this pharmacy closed the shade on me when I pulled up and then ignored me for ten more minutes! They are handling people's medication and people's lives! It's not a fast food joint! Thank you for letting me vent, and I'm furious I was treated this way. I will be following up with the store itself and speaking with the manager there as well.

This photo department is the most irresponsible I have ever dealt with. I will never be using them again. None of them care about their job. I had to make 3 different trips into them for them to get it correct.
