Good customer service, carry most anything you need...not much more to say..obviously more expensive than big home improvement stores or Harbor Frieght, but thats to be expected and much more convenient than driving to Newport or McMinville. Good store!

Today, per usual I was greeted in the store, and helped with great customer service. The issue I had happened upon loading up lumber with a Staff member named Brett. I had seen that one of the boards he grabbed was very chewed up and I asked if I could get a nicer one as it wasn’t up to my appearance standards for the project I am undergoing. Brett removed the board, and proceeded to tell the other staff member to “make sure you grab boards he can make his grandmothers Casket with” which is found very displeasing as I within the last two weeks had to lay one of my close grandparents to rest after passing away. I hope his attitude can be changed and no customer has to be spoken to this way ever again.

I went in needing grass and weed killer, I can't believe there selection on everything! Especially in Lincoln city! Glad I know now. Will go back!

Very nice selections and knowledgeable staff. We come to Lincoln City to visit our grand daughter. When I arrive my daughter always has a list for me and her husband to work on. They needed to repair a flat roof section of their house. Ace had all the supplies we needed, from flashing to repair material. They also gave us tips on how to work on our roof. We were able to complete the task as they recommended in good time.

Miah at Mills Ace Hardware has helped me on 3 occasions so far in the past 3 months. I'm from out of town, helping my Mom, and on each time, he was very friendly, pointing me in the right direction within the store and asking if I needed help with anything else. Actually, on my 1st visit, Miah helped me four times! (finding an appropriate replacement sink faucet set, showing me where wood shims are including plastic shims, showing me different sizes of pressure treated lumber outside and then helped me check out). On my second visit, he helped me in the hardware area when I was looking for joist hangers, tension ties, and more lumber. On my third visit, he immediately knew where anti-rot wood hardener was.
I'll be back at least once a month to continue to help my Mom and look forward to stopping by Mills Ace Hardware. Please let Miah know I wrote this review and I look forward to him helping me again.
I highly recommend this store. It is very well organized and they seem to have everything I have been looking for. The Ace Hardware stores in my home town (different state) do not carry lumber. Surprisingly, this one does.
