“Well I opened a Business account here and a personal account. Not Once have they ever missed anything. Not Once have I ever had one single issue. Not once have I been in the Bank and Not been Greeted with professionalism and Happy Smiling Faces. This bank far exceeds anything that I have used anywhere else. Any Time I have an Issues its resolved quickly and I get an Actual Person on the line if I need help every single time.

Most of the other employees are too, I’ve had a bad experience with one lady a couple times and some issues with my account that I don’t feel should’ve happened but all around not a bad bank. Other reviews are right the parking lot does suck and the Starbucks drive thru can block you in or out.”

“It hadn't occurred to me to leave a review for a bank, but here we are today. I have been with the Lincoln City OCB for over eight years. Roxy and the rest of the crew have been nothing but top notch professionals. Even when lines form they are attentive and patient. I do my deposits inside and I do withdrawals at the drive thru ATM. The branch is conveniently located and the free coffee ☕ is good. I recommend them highly and pray that they never get gobbled up by a megabank.”
“A couple of weeks ago we were on a trip to Newport and realized that our CD’s would be maturing on the days there and we would not be home to do it at our local branch. I was not happy about that because of the attention and service we always received at our local Branch here in Prineville. But had that not happened, we would not have had the great pleasure of meeting such great employees at the branch in Lincoln City.
