About Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection
Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort offers clean, comfortable rooms with incredible ocean views. The beach access is perfect and very close. Guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast and fantastic evening clam chowder with cookies. The staff is friendly, awesome, and accommodating. While the hotel itself is accessible, the beach is not ADA accessible. Some guests noted thin walls and occasional issues like wet carpet or a musty smell. The location is great for walkability to food and the beach. Overall, it is considered an amazing hotel with a great price, a place many guests recommend and plan to return to.
Got a nice room with a view of the beach. Very clean and comfortable. A little tricky to getting to and from the main road, but nothing too bad.

Lincoln Sands is our favorite place to stay on the Oregon Coast. The suites are huge, clean, and have a Murphy's bed in the living room, where you can hear and see the ocean all night long. The breakfast was great and the complimentary salmon chowder was a real treat.
