“I can only comment on the service at the FedEx shipping and print counter. The staff were very friendly and attentive. More important, is that the lady working the FedEx portion was very very knowledgeable, provided great customer service and was friendly. She was a true problem solver. We had a document that had to be shipped overnight and ran all over town to include US Postal Service a small commercial shipping center, and then finally to Walgreens . Most importantly is that we got the document out in time when all other resources could not help us. On top of the great service and meeting our goals, the Walgreens FedEx counter saved us over $100 ! Thank you very much !!”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
