The communication at this location is phenomenal. Ignore the low rating - I’m sure it’s a compilation of confused boomers, and people angry with their insurance.
As a weekly visiting patient, I have been treated with nothing but respect, attentiveness and kindness. Period. And all these sad people need someone to take their anger at our deteriorating health care system out on.
The pharmacists here are ON IT.
They have amazing hours, tending to anyone/everyone’s schedule. They communicate beautifully, calling and texting updates, and of course, when your meds are ready.
They even check for discounts for you if insurance doesn’t cover something.
I’ve heard the way they speak to even the most irate patients, and their compassion is parallel to no pharmacy I’ve ever attended.

To the low raters -
We as a nation need take a long hard look at the current state of our health care system and stop placing blame on the people behind the scenes, doing everything in their control to get us access to the resources/medicine we need.
The fact that they offer a drive thru option ALONE is worth the 5 stars.

“I can only comment on the service at the FedEx shipping and print counter. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
More important, is that the lady working the FedEx portion was very very knowledgeable, provided great customer service and was friendly.
She was a true problem solver.

We had a document that had to be shipped overnight and ran all over town to include US Postal Service a small commercial shipping center, and then finally to Walgreens .
Most importantly is that we got the document out in time when all other resources could not help us.

On top of the great service and meeting our goals, the Walgreens FedEx counter saved us over $100 !
