I have donated literally thousands of dollars worth of clothing and goods but no more. The prices here are ridiculous. I give you these things and then you rip the customers off.

I may have not been to goodwill for a while but you can't buy sets of things at this one. All suits were taken apart. I don't have time to search and match the colors. Just to make more money

Active transportation friendly! Bike parking out front (bolted down wave racks) & my shopping backpack was not an issue for anyone. The staff out stocking shelves were friendly with anyone who wanted to chat. This store only uses paper bags, so big points for being environmentally conscious, especially considering this is a beach town. I read that whales in particular consume & get sick from plastic shopping bags, because in the ocean the billowing bags resemble squid, their food. I'm so thankful for all coastal retailers doing their part to protect wildlife! Not using single-use plastic bags has of course also been the law in Oregon since 2020, but as we know, there are certain large stores that aren't obeying that law. I guess they think they're special! The city can fine retailers for using plastic bags less than 4 mil though, in fact the city's supposed to enforce the Sustainable Shopping law.Anyway! I went in today specifically looking for a silver/metal container to put marbles in, to represent items off my to-do list (I need a little motivation lol). Mission accomplished, & I also found a random pack of dominoes that I decided to use instead of marbles. The floor plan is now opened up a bit, with some shelves removed from near the DVDs & books. I like it!

This place is ram by a scam arrest idk if it’s the gm making these calls but I go weekly to look at things. Like other reviews say prices are nuts but some of the responses by the store are absolutely false about their pricing and how markdowns work.Example: they have toy rc cars new in box donated by target. Initially the boxes were marked 24.99 (which was retail price at target). A few sold them their color tag was a 50% off week making them 12.50. After that week they repriced the remaining 15 or so to 49.99 and made it a color of the week tag. They literally had them on the shelves for 5 weeks doubled the price to trick people into paying the target retail price of 25 bucks.Example 2: multiple table top very used treager smokers have been marked for 299.99 the same model new can be found any time of the year for 229.99Example 3: cuisinart air fryer retails 99.99 always on sale at target or Walmart for 50-80 dollars, theirs was very used and they wanted 99.99 (I bought mine new off of target for this reason)Example 3: 6.99 for 1 pack of little gel window stickers that are sold in 2 packs at dollar tree for 1.25Check prices of the things online before you get scammed

They should consider changing their name to Greedwill. Ridiculously overpriced. They clearly cover up, half off color tags with different colors so you don't get it half off anymore. Way to scam your customers Goodwill

Extremely high priced, $10-$15 for used sweatshirts. Not a great selection of items at all. Found a few kids stuffed animals that weren’t marked ( other goodwills all 1.29) at register lady was rude and yelled us over. She was charging me 8.99 for EACH animal! These were little used animals of some off brand. I asked for a manager to give me a price and she got super angry at me! I felt very uncomfortable and left.

Had a horrible experience! Everything is SUPER overpriced. Clothing anywhere from $10-$20 for extremely USED items. The inventory is awful. I found a child toy for my cousin and didn't have a tag( usually flat price of 1.29) SHE WAS CHARGING ME $7!! It wasn't anything fancy or brand. She kept arguing with me and was SO rude!! WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Since the incredible expansion of goodwill a few or so years ago. There has been a definite decline in affordability in their stores. But the people here are very friendly and helpful.

Took incredibly long to check to see if my “money was real” even thought they used the marker on it and held it up to the light. Discrimination at its finest.

The cashier we were helped by was very unfriendly. While we were looking at the candy by the registers, she yelled "I'm open on register one!" We weren't even at the 'next in line' spot. She kept yelling, even though we were clearly browsing with our backs to the register. We looked over to acknowledge we'd heard, but she kept yelling it. When we started walking over, she looked very annoyed. While we were at rge register, she did an announcement saying "last call for dressing rooms" and an elderly lady walked up to say she wanted to try a shirt on. It had been less than 15 seconds since the announcement and the cashier told the lady "the dressing rooms are closed. That's why we make a last call announcement." The elderly lady said she thought the store was open until 8pm and the cashier very snottily told her "the store is open until 8pm, the dressing rooms close at 6pm." It was 6:08pm, so why would they be doing a last call for the dressing rooms after they're closed? You'd think they'd do the last call 5 minutes prior to closing the dressing rooms, not after they're closed. And why be so rude to someone about it? Good grief. After she finished ringing up our items, she left them on the far side of the counter, so we had to reach under and around the glass to pick them up. She did not even try to slide the items over to our side of the glass. This cashier was very rude and didn't seem to care that they were being so rude and unfriendly. In case management is reading this, the cashier's name starts with an E and ends with a y.

Omg, you need to check out this goodwill location. I found lots of brand name clothes for good prices like a pair of Juicy couture pink velvet sweatpants for only $10. Will definitely be back.

Clean, well kept, friendly employees. The selection of kid clothes and toys was very limited.

Rating absolutely does not reflect the staff who are kind and lovely people. My issue is with the store policies. Returns accepted, but only store credit will be given with or without the receipt. This store credit is limited to only be used within 60 days and can only be used at the location of issue. Here's the bizzare part. The Covid Clothing policy states when the dressing rooms are closed, clothing must be purchased and can then be tried on in the rest room. If it doesn't fit, it can be returned for cash or refunded to the card. How is the act of trying the clothing on in the rest room any less germ spreading than just using the dressing room? It makes absolutely no sense and needlessly adds more transactions by forcing purchase and then a senseless return.
