Manager was very friendly. Storage space is very clean and also has a security gate.

Clean. Staff friendly and usually available. "Corporate" wouldn't work with me, charged late fees, when I had difficulty paying over the New Year holiday.

Had a very unfortunate encounter with the female manager who was unprofessional and seemed to have some sort of anger issues. She stormed around the property shut a door in my face and then refused to rent to me because, "you didn't listen to the first thing I said". Her actions and way she spoke to me were shocking, and she is volatile. Just go somewhere else for storage.

NOT your best option. I moved into town and needed a 10x15 and when I had my back to the wall trying to get out of my Uhaul the unit was actually WAY smaller than they said it was. They even went in and tried to justify it by saying "management" measures ONE wall and THAT is what the unit sells for. BEWARE for you will pay for a large unit and only have half its size. You CAN do better. I moved out ASAP!

Inept manager in LC, unable to conduct business efficiently due to inability to communicate or even understand basic questions... and their management won't help. Unfortunate situation for owner who may not be aware they are loosing revenue.
