I have never had any issues with the service here. Everybody is always friendly and helpful. Generally in and out pretty quick but then I try to avoid rush hour as it were. Lots of parking and the grounds & building are tidy.

I come here to deposit my checks and every single time, the staff is friendly. When I have an issue or a question, they try their best to help.

Initially this branch was poised for high marks. They were ok to assist a mutual client with a Medallion Stamp. Unfortunately, while a representative remained professional he was apologetic; due to someone else making a call that negated assisting our mutual client "unless" assets were transferred in. Compelling a "this for that" when a client has lost a loved one and is simply needing their signature professional verified by a financial institution should not be an opportunity to drive business (you should earn it). It is sad that this is the way that leadership at this facility aim to "help" - may those that truly do help, find a better company to align themselves with.

Tried other banks and Credit Unions in this area. This bank has given consistently great service in the last 10 years that I've dealt with them.

Just like everyone in Lincoln City, the people in this branch are the friendliest! Their internet went down while I was there and they didn't get frazzled or frustrated, they initiated conversations and answered general account questions. I felt like I've known them for a long time! When a business makes you feel like a real human instead of a "client", you feel it and you want to go back.

I opened an account with this bank and then deposited a $1,000 into the account from my other bank. They only give me access to $300 of it. Stay clear of this bank if you want you funds. Looking for a new bank as I just moved to the area and I'm not impressed with US Bank!

DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! I opened up an account with US Bank to have my banking more local than my previous bank. When I opened my account I WAS NOT told about the unrealistic 30 day waiting period where they would essentially hold ALL of my money. VERY ANGRY. DO NOT BANK HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!! OH AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS, NOT FOR ME BECAUSE NOW I CAN'T VISIT FAMILY FOR THE HOLIDAYS BECAUSE I HAVE NO MONEY!

My husband died unexpectedly in September, I went to the US Bank branch in Lincoln City to manage our accounts . The branch manager Peter was very helpful getting things changed. Last week I had another issue I needed help with. Again Peter was very helpful. THANKS for helping a senior customer with genuine interest and support.

WARNING: DO NOT BANK WITH US BANK. We opened an account on 11.06.2020. My wife is a veteran and they told us they had a special account for US Vets, so we opened one. We were told our funds were immediately available by the representative in the bank. When we tried to use the funds they were no available and we received penalty fees for insufficient funds. When we tried to contact the bank they put us off and off and finally said they put a "hold" on the funds until 11.18.2020. 11.18.2020 came and the funds were still not available and a time when they would be available kept moving later and later. This is a con. Don't get caught by these grifters. They took our money and did everything they could to not give it back.

Whatever you do, do not bank with this company. My wife and I moved to the Oregon coast from the east coast. We did not have a bank on the west coast and needed to get a cashier's check for a rental. We went to this branch, made an appointment since you can't go into the lobby, and sat with their representative. We explained what we needed to do and she assured us we could get the deposit we needed as well as a cashier's check in the next 3 business days. When we gave the deposit from this bank everything went fine. The next business day when I went to get the cashier's check they said no money was available nor would it be for another 2 weeks. The deposit we gave put our "new" checking account into the negative because of the sudden unavailability of funds. Also, when we wired the money into our accounts we told the person to put $50.00 into a savings account. When we looked this bank was showing that $50.00 as an over draw on our checking account. When I talked to them about this, first off they would not allow me into the lobby (Covid-19 they said but I doubt it) and they said there was nothing they could do. I feel certain they're going to assess us overcharge fees and the realtor may also assess us a fee for the deposit not going through. In short, this bank will steal your money. There is no other way to put it. The took our money and despite telling us it would be available would not allow us to use it. Then they overdrew our account so they could steal more of our money in the form of fees. Either the people working at this bank have no idea how their bank works (best case) or they do know and lie to steal customer's money (worst case). Neither is acceptable from a bank. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS BANK THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

The customer service at the US Bank Lincoln Beach Branch for even a simple 'run of the mill' request was terrible. I called to ask about sending a check in the mail to be deposited to my account. The employee replied 'Well, I don't know if we can do that'. I didn't understand the reluctance and it was not explained to me, when asked why there was a problem with this request. I asked for more assistance but was stonewalled by her. I called Newport Beach Branch and in 3 minutes I had an employee agree to deposit our mailed check for us - saying that they do this all the time for their clients. Lincoln Beach Branch was deliberately unhelpful. Thankfully US Bank have a branch with employees nearby that understand their job.....for that I am grateful to the Newport Beach Branch.
