Good luck getting your deliveries when they handle the last leg of a package even with the correct address. UPS, Amazon trucks, and other delivery companies are able to deliver packages just fine to us repeatedly in Lincoln City as needed... Just not USPS.

This is the worst post office in all of the United States of America. They will not deliver packages if the wind is blowing. They come up with random excuses as to why your mail is not being delivered. When you go to pick up your mail, they cannot find it even with a tracking number. They throw your mail into a random boxes inside of the post office and they are lost and then sent back to wherever they came from. I suggest never using this post office in Lincolncity and using a PO Box only. Their hours are garbage and they are on available on weekends . They do not answer any customer calls or complaints. They are incompetent beyond belief!!!!!I am never not experiencing issues and I they can care less about their customers. AWFUL <5 stars if i could

Worst post office ever. I’ve had two packages returned to sender because apparently my house number does not exist. The house I’m in is clearly marked! I literally waited outside for the usps truck because I was supposed to get a package and they never even came!!! But my tracking said that my house number does not exist and my package was returned to sender! I’ve never had these issues before! Please hire some competent people!!!

Failed to deliver a package and listed my residence as vacant, when I was currently living there and was home all day-- they sent my package back to Florida for some reason and when I called the Lincoln city post office to get the situation resolved, no one picked up the phone at all. Ended up losing quite a bit of money due to lack of effort on delivery services from USPS. Unprofessional and unhelpful, I hope they improve their due diligence of their carriers in the future.

Staff has always been nice and pleasant to me. The Postmaster is an awesome guy. He didn't hesitate to come out to my apartment and help with a package that got stuck in a locker.

Delivery staff is great and gets it right. Came in the morning to send a certified letter and teller needed change from the other guy, I had a large bill. One with the facial hair, old and cranky said: "So early in the morning" Snarky as if I was a big bother. Only in the PO I loved to get money any way and was pleasant about it. He should be fired.

August 12th they pulled my mailbox off the wooden post while putting an oversized package into it. This package should have been delivered at my home. There are good carriers out there but not this one. I don't have a lot of money and now I have to get a new mailbox. Don't understand why they can't be more careful.

I've lived here for 4 months, and received parcels just fine until now. Now my things are being sent back as "addressee unknown" and my already 8 days late package is going to be even more late. Not to mention all the other things I ordered around the same time that now apparently might also end up meeting the same fate.

This post office was pretty inadequate. Many (not all) of their staff were incompetent and had treated me and others with borderline hostility. Took months for us to get mail to my house and had to finally put pressure on them but only after developing rapport with a postman that doesn't even deliver to our address.

It's hard for me to even write this review because I get SO FRUSTRATED when I think about the Lincoln City Postal Service. They do not even deserve 1 star but it won't let me choose 0.Here is a list of issues I've had since I moved here 2 years ago:1) Despite paying a service to change my address from Portland and registering my new address officially on the USPS website, I still had to come in and explain to them that I do in fact live here and that I want my mail. 2) After about 6 months of living here, they decided my mailbox was "6-7 inches too low" and told me I needed to rebuild it. Judging by the looks of my mailbox, I can honestly say it was at least 25 years old and had been sitting there at least since the neighbor's brother moved away 10 years before. Come to find out it is because the mail carrier is too lazy to get out of their vehicle. Growing up in Missouri, the mailperson ALWAYS got out of their vehicle to deliver the mail on foot, to your door. Just pure laziness.3) I started my own business at the beginning of this year and had not had the time, money or tools previously to rebuild the box. Then when I got tools to do it myself, my business picked up for the summer so I definitely have not had time. I work 7 days per week, unlike them. So instead of rebuilding the mailbox I had it sent to my girlfriends house... this is where things just got out of control.4) One of my customers once sent a check from Portland to my girlfriend's house. Instead of being delivered to my girlfriend's house on EBB Ave., it was delivered to KEEL Ave., which isn't even on the same side of the highway. That person then gave the envelope back to their carrier to take back to the post office. Instead of then re-distributing it to the correct address, they sent it all the way back to Portland. I had to wait an entire month for the check, which eventually the customer's daughter had to drive all the way to Portland to pick up personally and hand deliver it to me.5) About 25% of my business relies on me being able to have parts shipped. One day, while getting in the car with my girlfriend at her house, the mail lady yelled to me, "Do you live here?" Which is none of her business in the first place but I responded, "Yes, and also at my place in Otis." She then said I would have to have my mail sent to my address in Otis from now on. I explained to here that that was impossible because they told me I had to raise my mailbox and I simply hadn't had the time or resources to do that yet. She said, "Well you need to get that done."... imagine that.. the post lady giving me work to do... So I responded by saying, "Ma'am, I have my ID. Do you have the package RIGHT NOW?" She did, but she would not give it to me. "That's not what this is about." she said. "Then what is it about? Please give me my package, my customer is waiting on it." At that point she drove away without answering the question. This was on a Friday. I waited until Monday to go into the post office since they are closed on weekends but on the way there I got an email saying my package had been returned to sender... Imagine that, she had my package in her hands and refused to give it to me as I stood there in front of her. Then they just sent the package back instead of even giving me a chance to come in and pick it up. 6) This is the second time I have written this review because they deleted it the first time.I have never been more outraged and disappointed in a service organization in my entire life and I'm 37. The problem is that they can cut of my paycheck whenever they feel like it but I can't do the same to them. These are lazy, rude, disorganized, and downright ineffective people who deserve to have their paychecks cut when they don't do their jobs. They have ZERO regard for customer service. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL. NOT AT ALL. The most frustrating part about it is there is little we can do since it is a government-sub

Bites that the only time people review a post office is when something wrong happens, but say nothing when everything runs smoothlyI run a business here in Newport, send out dozens of packages every other day, everything has been smooth sailing , been going here for years

We had lost our mail keys and followed USPS.coms advice of going to get the spare key from the post office. They don't carry spares. They force you to pay for the lock replacement and then decide when they feel like doing it. We were told it would likely be the same day. Then a week later, we were ts they couldn't even confirm we paid. We were told to bring in our receipt to prove it. They then tried to argue about it being our fault for not being on the right lock change list, after admitting we are on said list. Then it became, our lock is hard to find, and they have to order it. It's been another week since then, and I have not received one phone call or attempt at communication regarding it. I have had to go into the branch multiple times just to get updates, that I was told I would receive over phone. They clearly wish to operate on their own time, which is clearly snail mail rates. Avoid this location, the supervisor Drew, will berate you into being the problem. We have still yet to receive Information regarding the lock that we paid for, for our mailbox that we still can't access.Edit to add they are now retaliating against us, and the whole park we live in, by not allowing anyone to use the parcel lockers. When asked why, they were unable to state a reason. Now anyone who lives in our park, 30 to 40 families, mind you, has to pick up any and all packages at the post office. I will be contacting the head post master and complaining. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
