Had to pickup some eyedrops for wife, they warned of possible delays because of business from RiteAid Rx transfers. But we got the Rx in an hour! Awesome.

Omg! The wait time!!!! You do have other options in Lincoln City. I would use them. AARP and Amazon will deliver to your home.

Darian is great, workers are great but now that they took on the rite-aid customers the old customers have to wait a lot longer and get nothing for buying your prescription there for years and choosing them first the whole time. We should get priority.

Transfered a prescription it took them 5 days to figure it out. Plus I had to go in to find out what the problem was.. No BP meds for 5 Days. Isn't it customary to call the physician for prescription info.

Walgreens in Lincoln City is the worst. Inconvenient, terrible business hours, slow, fill prescriptions half way and closed on the weekends. Avoid at all costs!!!

They are understaffed. Prescriptions take forever to get done. The staff that is there is nice but you always feel rushed.

Diane in the Pharmacy was EXTREMELY rude to my 93 year old Mother in Law. We first went thru the drive thru, we asked if her script was ready after a 5 minute wait. She came back and said it won't be ready for 2 hours and walked away. I went back 2 hours later, asked if it was ready, she said no it's not and so you know We are short handed. I told her that I suggested she look in the computer before she shuns me away or I would get a Manager...guess what she came back and it was ready. She either needs to retire or go thru some Customer Service courses to learn how to treat people with respect.
