Worst Walgreens in history for prescriptions! We get messages or phone calls telling us that our medications are ready for pick-up but when we go in they somehow lost one of the prescriptions and the others weren't even filled... she tells us we'll have to come back later at 3 pm for all of them and when we show up at 5 pm she still has none filled or even found our missing one. This is a reoccurring issue with this Walgreens in Lincoln city, Oregon. We will be switching over immediately to Safeway across the street who have their shit together and I strongly encourage you to do the same because NOBODY should go days without medications that they need. Absolutely awful costumer service as well, you'd think if they wouldn't be able to fill them by 3 pm (which they said specifically come back at 3) they would at least make a call and tell you. If I was able to select 0 stars you bet I would. Do not waste your time here they do not care.

Great pppl and items and sometimes you can find a bargain.they have a big makeup station and perfum they also have alot of snacks and much more.

Try your local street corner first. Walgreens in Lincoln City is a waste of real estate. The lack of professionalism is staggering.

Today,May 1,2023, Walgreens web site said,"temporarily closed,find another pharmacy".No answer on phone,no one to talk to.What is going on with that store????Very undependable!!! Needs new management!!!Especially the Pharmacy!!!

The most hellaciously slow pharmacy. Do not enter this building for a prescription unless you don't need it within 24 hours. Chronically understaffed in the pharmacy (maybe corporate should pay more). Awful hours. I sat in the drive up line for ten minutes before giving up and when I passed the window, they weren't even open (this was well after their advertised lunchtime). Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, especially for any time-sensitive medications.

Why have me make an online appointment ? The appointment said 215 , be there 15 min. early. We show up at 2 and the pharmacy is closed till 230 . We come back at 230 the pharmacist takes our info and says it'll be 5 min. We sat there for another 45 min. . ..... hire another tech or 2 .. before the entire town boycotts you . Also just for the record the pharmacist and the techs are super nice , theyre just understaffed like every other pharmacy in town . I won't be back .

Shannon (Cosmetic Department) is by far the BEST in all the Walgreens that I've been to before!!! I walked in and I had a picture of what I needed for a trip and at every turn she obtained my items in 5 mins, and suggested more products! What a wizard?! So nice and attentive and honestly I spent another couple minutes in another aisle just because she exceeded above and beyond the expectation of my experience! THANK YOU!

Received a message from Dr, that approval for a prescription was given the prior day to Walgreens. Walgreens automated help over phone told me they were still waiting for approval the following day. Waited 2hours and 20 minutes on hold with the pharmacy to speak to someone to find out why they show no approval was given 24 hours after it was given. I finally gave up waiting on hold after being told I was next in line for 1:30 hours of my 2:20 hours waiting. This is the second time in a row with the same prescription that Walgreens said they did not receive approval. The first time the Drs office had to send it 2 times. Really getting tired of Walgreens pharmacy!

From PDX .. forgot my insulin ! Ryan in pharmacy was most helpful... got a partial Re fill the next am... saved me a 5 hr trip home to get my insulin .. thanks Ryan!!!

Walgreens used to be my favorite store to go into here in lincoln city until they started hiring annoying, loud and rude employees. There is an Employee named Rachel, who is always loud and very rude to customers.

Very helpful customer service and yes pharmacy staff are completely overwhelmed. Having staff quit and then trying to keep up with all the customers. Can't find qualified people who want to work. Frankly I think they are doing an amazing job considering the circumstances.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. The pharmacy is a complete joke!!!! Get your s*** together people. You lie on the phone saying prescription is done so the fourth drive into your pathetic store and it's still not done. What a complete disaster this pharmacy is. Incompetent workers!!! Go elsewhere, anywhere but here!!!

We waited an hour for a scheduled COVID test via the drive thru. By the time we got to the window, we could see that the lunch break had been until 2:30. We had a 2:15 appointment. What a fail Walgreens is - the website appointment scheduler and the location couldn't work out the time slots? There were 6 cars in front of us that didn't move for about half an hour and there were 5-6 waiting when we left.

Amazingly kind pharmacy staff while they were very busy. Each person behind the country was calm and competent in the face of a line of people. Fortunately, everyone was courteous. They are facing immense pressure with reduced staff and hours. Everything they do must happen in 8 versus 12 hours. I was very impressed.
