Great help from Greg- he knew where to find what I needed, made sure I got the right type (charging cable) and even made sure I knew I could take my rewards on this purchase!

(White) staff have started following me/harassing down the aisles two visits in a row now. I’m a local and Native American. Disgusting behavior

This pharmacy is beyond infuriating. They are rude and abrupt every time I come in to get my daughter’s prescriptions. I understand they are short staffed but that is no reason to treat your customers like they are an inconvenience. I will definitely be switching pharmacies. Very disappointed

Made appointment for an injection, checked in like the sign told me to do. At the end of checking in on line I was instructed to have a seat. I waited 30 minutes, got in line for another 15 minutes. To be told I should of checked in with them first. I asked her what the purpose of the scan code was and she didn't know. What a stupid system.

Jenn & Carrie were great sales associates who helped me so well, I'm disabled and they are what & how I wish all sales persons would be.

I got the Pirouline cookies for 50% off! The clerk noticed they were not supposed to be in that Christmas clearance section but happily give me the discount anyway.

The Walgreens Pharmacy in Lincoln City is only open during the week. It’s frustrating that their phone system does not mention that the pharmacy is closed on weekends. This simple addition to their message—clearly stating that they are only open Monday through Friday—would go a long way in helping customers avoid unnecessary confusion. It’s a small update that would make a big difference in customer experience. I hope they make this adjustment soon.

Went thru the Drive Up window and the same gal that was rude the other day was rude again. Diane is too old to work with the public.

This pharmacy doesn’t even deserve a zero star review. The lady working at the counter was nice, but very overworked and the so called pharmacist was an absolute jerk. I called them right after my dr called in a prescription from out of state and asked them to call me as soon as they had it because I had to drive 2000 miles. Instead they sent an email saying there was a problem with my insurance and did nothing else. They never even asked for my insurance and when I went there after waiting 2 hours they said they didn’t even have it. Very inept pharmacist.

I have used this pharmacy for the past 13 years. Today will be the LAST time! They use to be excellent now they are a complete joke!! On day 2 of trying to get my daughters medication she has to have to go to school! Pharmacy staff just plainly doesn't do their job correctly and they have ZERO customers service skills!!

I just want to express my gratitude for the excellent and attentive service I received the other day. I have been a customer since Walgreens opened it's doors here. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Diane Taggart and Greg Johnson went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my immediate needs were met. Celeste hase assisted me on many occasions as well as many other regular staff. Looking at the reviews I feel like the staff do not receive the recognition they deserve and I want to make sure that that they're kindness and hospitality is acknowledged as it should be.

If you need medication immediately, just know it'll take at least 3 days to get it. In my case, 5. Prescriptions were called in by my doctor on Wednesday morning. After calling the pharmacy a few times to find out when they might be ready, got a notification on Saturday afternoon at 4:41. They close at 5. Closed Sunday. Moving my service. This is the norm with wallgreens it seems. Not going back .
