Be banking with Wells Fargo for almost 25 years and they've always taken care of me, but the Lincoln City location has me considering other options. No bankers available. The tellers are clueless and lie with a smile on their face.

Bad service. Unprofessional and actually lied twice in 5 minutes. I have several accounts at wells Fargo for several years and never had one single problem. Then I came to Lincoln city and it all went to ...

This is absolutely nuts. One teller on a Tuesday at 11am. Drive thru closed and only one teller. I’m not impressed with this bank. This is actually pathetic.

Building in disrepair. Lack of staff causes long wait times. Staff barely knows how to address customer service issue due to Wells Fargo idiotic policies. If you need a bank go somewhere else.

AVOID THIS BRANCH. The employees are not knowledgeable about their products and will waste your time and give you the runaround.

I never get my deposits on time I'm actually having to wait till December 8th for my deposit that's on hold. I guess it doesn't matter that I have bills to pay or that I need to eat. I plan as soon as this is done getting my money and getting the hell out of Wells Fargo.

I get it - this covid thing changed the way we do business. But that is no excuse for disrespecting customers. Because I needed to cash a check, and because I walk to my local branch, and because after they first closed their lobby (completely understandable) I tried walking up to the drive through only to be given a really hard time by the teller who offered me no information about alternatives, I called them to see how they wanted me to do that. It took multiple calls before anyone answered the phone but they finally told me to knock on their door and someone would help me. So I walked there and arrived as they were letting someone else out. I told the wf employee I had just called and was there to cash a check. She would not talk to me at all - wouldn't even look at me - just slammed and locked the door in my face. So I knocked - no response. So I called - no response. So I called again and finally got ahold of someone who ultimately did cash my check. yes, they did anger me. See how you like being given a hard time. SO THEY FINALLY RESPONDED - suggested that if I contacted them yet again they might do something about it!!!!!!!! Either you want your employees to treat customers with dignity or you don't - that isn't up to me. It is up to you. So you can use me as your excuse for maintaining a culture of disrespect. But that gets you what you have here, which is more 1-star reviews than all others combined! This bank has more 1-star reviews than all others commbined!
