My mom's cell phone went over the rainbow bridge, so I had another shipped to her and we went into the Verizon store to get her new one set up. Colby was helping us and was amazing!! There was another employee there who my mom interacted with in the past, that was absolutely awful, thankfully he's no longer there, but Colby is!! We were in and out quickly and had some laughs while we were at it. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional.

The rep was by himself and there were 6 customers there at the same time. The rep masterfully handled everyone's concerns and we walked out of there with our problems solved and feeling like we made new friends.

Went to Verizon today was there for like 3 or 4 hours working on my phone issues and buying new products. Colby was amazing!!! 😍 All other staff was great too. I'm sure they deal with a lot. Colby was chill & helpful and I am grateful!!!

I would give the Lincoln City wireless 10 stars. Outstanding customer service. We were helped by Austin. He answered all of our questions and was very polite during our entire transaction. I highly recommend them. Ask for Austin. if you want outstanding service. He's very knowledgeable with all products and takes the time to explain things. Just super !
