I want to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Jack, Steve, Jesse, Brian, and the entire staff at Santiam Enterprises. They recently worked on my truck and did an absolutely incredible job. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.
Their knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail were clear throughout the whole process. Jack and Steve took the time to explain the work that was needed, kept me informed every step of the way, and delivered results that far exceeded my expectations. My truck is running better than ever thanks to their hard work and expertise.

I don’t take customer service lightly; and when I say Jessie in their service department has it DOWN TO A T, I mean it. They went out of their way to get my rig back on the road in no time. I am forever greatful for Jessie and the service department!!!

I had my second flat tire in two weeks and was out of a spare. So basically out of options and stranded lol Through my insurance they called Santiam towing. I give Brian A++++ service. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable , friendly , prompt and really went above and beyond! Brian deserves a raise for sure! No one wants to be stranded and I have had to use towing services before. This was by far the best experience I have had using a towing company. I would highly recommend these guys!

A little hard to find isn't really the kind of place you just stop by but if you need some in the towing industry I'd give them a call parts man very helpful and found exactly what I wanted.

WOW!!!Amazing customer care. They towed our motorcycle off the mountain after getting stuck in a snow storm. They had great communication. Helpful. Kind.
