I had my second flat tire in two weeks and was out of a spare. So basically out of options and stranded lol Through my insurance they called Santiam towing. I give Brian A++++ service. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable , friendly , prompt and really went above and beyond! Brian deserves a raise for sure! No one wants to be stranded and I have had to use towing services before. This was by far the best experience I have had using a towing company. I would highly recommend these guys!

A little hard to find isn't really the kind of place you just stop by but if you need some in the towing industry I'd give them a call parts man very helpful and found exactly what I wanted.

WOW!!!Amazing customer care. They towed our motorcycle off the mountain after getting stuck in a snow storm. They had great communication. Helpful. Kind. Just bought a brand new Ford F450 4 x 4 self loader.Have purchased new trucks from other local vendors and was never as pleased as we have been with the Santiam Enterprises. Mike and Arnett went above and beyond to satisfy our needs And find the proper tow truck for our Specific need. I’ve been in the towing industry as a tow owner for over 25 years never have I dealt with such a easy-going great guy as Arnett. The shop guys were amazing . With having this new electronic controlled self loader we have needed much questions answered. If Arnett wasn’t available one of the shop guys would call us back promptly. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Santiam enterprises and their staff from top to bottom.

Good Sam contacted them for us when we locked our tow vehicle keys in the truck across the street from Mt Angel Sausage Company. It could have been wurst!!! Santiam Towing arrived a full 45 minutes earlier than their estimate and had us free to go in hardly anytime at all. These guys are truly W(e)in(n)ers in our book. Had so service. Gave them a description of my location. Driver showed up on time very professional. Pulled me out of a deep ditch with ease. No damage today vehicle was able to drive home. Quick fast easy and had the best rate. Very happy would recommend to anyone stuck in a remote location most tow guys don’t go!!
