I joined 3 Peaks because I wanted to shake things up in my routine and wanted to try a group environment, which I'd never really done before. I am SO GLAD I decided to join! The coaches are amazing, the workouts are tough and fun (as they should be), and the community atmosphere is fantastic. 3 Peaks really cares about your safety and form, and it's clear that they very much value a supportive community and work to cultivate that in all they do. I reccomend 3 Peaks to anyone at any stage in their fitness journey!!!

Absolutely life-changing. I went from a couch potato worried about chronic illness to working out five days a week because it’s fun. I’ve lost 35 pounds and am in the best shape of my life. Highly recommend!

I joined 3 Peaks CrossFit for 2 reasons, they had workout times that worked with my schedule and to improve my strength.I gained more than convenient workout times and strength. 3 Peaks CrossFit taught me to:*PERFORM every task I do at my level.*ELEVATE my abilities every time I’m there.*APPRECIATE all I have done, down to the minuscule ones.And I received……*KILLER support and encouragement from all of the members and coaches.I was….*SUPPORTED !!I felt accepted, acknowledged and a part of the 3 Peaks CrossFit community.Thank you

I joined 3peaks Crossfit beginning of April 2023. After 8 weeks, I feel SO MUCH better. I know I've gained some muscle and lost some weight. I will not gauge my progress on a scale. I just know I can fit clothes I couldn't fit 8 weeks ago. My energy level is up and definately feel more confident. This is due to the work outs at 3Peaks Crossfit. The coaches are all awesome. Knowledgeable, patient and always making sure you're doing moves correctly, so not to injure yourself. Your fellow athletes are one big family, greeting you, encouraging you all the time. I Will continue my journey with Crossfit, as better things are still to come.

I started CrossFit because I was ready for a change. The structure and group class setting was what I need to be successful. I led a pretty sedentary life as a stay at home mom. My kids are adults now so it was time to stop making excuses as to why I couldn’t take care of myself, now. I began this journey 10 weeks ago and I’m so glad I did! To be honest, after the initial visit with Coach Mel, I almost decided it was too much for me physically. She had me do a quick workout and I almost passed out because my body wasn’t used to that much movement. “You want me to do this for an hour?” Yes. Muscles were awakened that hadn’t been used like that in many years. She promised I wouldn’t feel that way again and I never have. I feel stronger than I’ve felt since I was active in high school and strength can only be earned. My stamina has a very noticeable increase! My mental clarity has improved. Some days are hard to get myself to class but I promised myself a change and I can’t achieve change if I give up on myself. Coaches won’t give up on you either. They encourage you not just because it’s their job but because they care. Also, you kinda get your own personal trainer every time you go to class. If you’ve been on the fence about it, just try. You can’t grow if you stay stuck in your comfort zone. You won’t regret it!

I am so glad that I decided to join 3 peaks. Everyone from the coaches to the members are very friendly and kind. The team of coaches is very knowledgeable and they have helped me start to find my healthy after years of being unhealthy and inactive. I have been here for just over 2 months and I am already feeling so much healthier and stronger all around! I would very highly recommend 3 Peaks CrossFit to anyone who is looking to start their fitness journey!

3peaks CrossFit gym is amazing they changed my life not only did I get healthier physically, mentally I have gained an amazing environment of gym family and a place to go where I can be myself. The coaches are amazing there never is a workout that I think I cant do they are always there to help us. if your thinking about joining a gym come join us at 3peaks. you will love it :)

I love 3 Peaks, I love the people, the encouragement, the love you feel from everyone! I am learning to love myself and learning that my body really can do the amazing work outs, wether it’s modified or not. You’re going at your own pace. You see yourself grow as a person. My mind set has changed because I started believing in myself, thanks to all the amazing coaches and box mates here at 3 Peaks! I'm so glad I joined Crossfit again. I was scared at first, but after meeting with coach Mel and Nina, they helped me with that little push I needed. I love how encouraging and friendly everyone is and it's not a competition as to who can lift more or is done with the work out faster. I've made some friends and have received really good feedback when I ask the coaches for different suggestions. Also, I've noticed I've became stronger and have improved in a lot of areas, there's still work to be done but seeing how I can now due a burpee or push more through each work out compared to almost a year ago makes me even happier. I love the structure and how everyday there's something new, each month there's always a new challenge and room for improvement.

In my experience in" 3 peaks crossfit".I have learned lots to this day still , i am learning from there coaches on physical fitness and so such more. There vibes are real and it may seem harsh to others.but you need to understand "yourself" is your enemy. 3 peaks can help you beat that barrier and you won't even notice. ? 3 peaks it's where it's at.

I highly recommend 3 Peaks CrossFit. The coaches work hard at meeting each individuals goals and training needs- strength, weight loss and mental! Workouts are fun and challenging while being individualizes per each persons needs!

The absolute best thing I have ever done for myself. The trainers are all top notch!! My strength and mobility is better now at 55 than I was at 25. 3 Peak’s really does care for how you are and how you are feeling. Definitely a blessing and a new family.
