The product was in place and easy to find once we had assistance but they have challenges on being well mannered and informative with more professionalism required. They were not very helpful when assisting and were not capable of proper communication. All and all still good experience because of product placement but some associates still need more training on customer service and manners.

Ace is an essential part of Madras and the staff have always been helpful finding everything for my home projects. On many occasions I've been over my head with a project and they were patient with me and helped me step by step as I came back and forth looking for the next part.
