“After my experience with Point S, they have made a LIFETIME customer out of me. I got new tires from them a few days ago, and the next day I was coming home from redmond and my front left tire blew out. It later was discovered it was a screw in the road. I didnt know what to do, so i dropped off my keys and called them in the morning. They went and got my car and fixed the tire, thanks to the warranty. But it was in my eyes above and beyond service. They are affordable and they care about their customers driving experience and saftey. If you are thinking about coming to get some work done, then stop here and do it because you will not be disappointed.”

He's also an honest guy and didn't overcharge for working on a Sunday even though your in a bind and have nowhere else to go. His crew works hard and got me on the road quickly, the hustle was great as I had my two young boys with me in my RV. I would easily choose him again any day of the week, not just Sunday.”

“Our 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche broke down and barely made it to the shop before dying literally at the gate. Despite being very busy, they were able to fit us in, diagnose the problem, go to another shop to pick up the replacement part, and get us on our way within 2 hours. Awesome customer service! “Update: 12/23/2024 We were able to work this out. I recieved some help from Pape and my tractor is fixed. Very frustrating! I called Pape to check out my Tractor to be repaired. . The service manager requested my vin number. I had him repeat it back to me. Marco informed me the tractor was covered under warranty. This is a safety issue , Parking Pawl internal failure. With zero apologies, the next call was you’re not covered period. I requested an estimate on the repair yesterday but as of this minute not one phone call. I’m wondering what has happened to a company’s word. My tractor is being held with zero answers. I cannot recommend this company at this time.”
