“After my experience with Point S, they have made a LIFETIME customer out of me. I got new tires from them a few days ago, and the next day I was coming home from redmond and my front left tire blew out. It later was discovered it was a screw in the road. I didnt know what to do, so i dropped off my keys and called them in the morning. They went and got my car and fixed the tire, thanks to the warranty. But it was in my eyes above and beyond service. They are affordable and they care about their customers driving experience and saftey. If you are thinking about coming to get some work done, then stop here and do it because you will not be disappointed.”

“I phoned Mark's Auto Repair to swap shocks for ones I provided. They quoted a reasonable guestimate via phone and scheduled my bus for the following day. They provided swift, honest and quality service; Great service. The final charge was slightly below their initial guestimate. I give them a 5-star thumbs up.”

“Alfredo is the only one in town who's open on a Sunday when travelers going home need it the most. I can't thank him enough for providing an important service when others don't. He's also an honest guy and didn't overcharge for working on a Sunday even though your in a bind and have nowhere else to go. His crew works hard and got me on the road quickly, the hustle was great as I had my two young boys with me in my RV. I would easily choose him again any day of the week, not just Sunday.”

“Alternator went out Saturday night before Easter while driving the long way from Seattle to Southern California, thankfully in Madras. Celso happened to come to Oreillys Easter morning to get parts for his daughter’s car and saw me working in the parking lot. Asked if I needed help and I showed him the problems I was having getting the old alternator out. He helped me get a very difficult bolt out and then stopped by again after doing his daughter’s brakes to help me finish putting it back together. Greatly appreciate him and I’ll be back some time if even just in passing.”

Despite being very busy, they were able to fit us in, diagnose the problem, go to another shop to pick up the replacement part, and get us on our way within 2 hours. Awesome customer service! Highly recommend this shop. Thank you!!”

“Update: 12/23/2024 We were able to work this out. I recieved some help from Pape and my tractor is fixed. Very frustrating! I called Pape to check out my Tractor to be repaired. . The service manager requested my vin number. I had him repeat it back to me. Marco informed me the tractor was covered under warranty. This is a safety issue , Parking Pawl internal failure. With zero apologies, the next call was you’re not covered period. I requested an estimate on the repair yesterday but as of this minute not one phone call. I’m wondering what has happened to a company’s word. My tractor is being held with zero answers. I cannot recommend this company at this time.”
