They charge way too much. And the staff aren't very nice. You can get cheaper goods with better service at O'Reilly's or one of the other auto parts stores around town.

I won't go to any other part store.. Chappys is still what I know it as.. My grampa's nickname for Andy is John Wayne.. I know that when I got Chappys I will get the right part I need.. the other part stores almost always get me wrong part.

Very friendly and helpful. Traveling thru, radiator hose blew. They came out, looked at the car, shared knowledge, and stayed late to make sure my family and I were OK.
