Great gym, lots of equipment, clean and well maintained. The owner is very helpful if you need something or want a personal trainer...open 24/7 with key card..they have a steam room, tanning beds and have a racquet ball court.

Have been a member for 30 years.New equipment makes for effective and efficient time in the gym. Weight plates are mixed.
