This place has gone down hill soo bad last few months!! No one knows anything at the counter, deliveries to my shop are almost non existent. Store is a complete mess, empty shelves, crap everywhere. Wake up management you are loosing alot of customers!

I walked in O'reilly, concerned about my battery or alternator, because my van had needed to be jumped several times recently. The gentleman was more than willing to test my battery, alternator, and starter. Once complete, he let me know what he found.

Dillon did not inform me that if you buy anything in Washington, you have to return it in washington to receive a 100% refund.I was passing by. I wanted to return parts that did not fit on my secondary tank. I lost out on my sales tax return, Dillon was trying to inform me that I would lose out on my refund for sales tax Regardless where I returned the item.He gave me wrong information..

I like to browse n get cool gadgets n cool tools from here. I won't buy parts from here if at all possible unless it's a pretty expensive part then I'll find out where it's cheaper then these guys do a price match or a bit cheaper I don't remember and hope they give me right part. So far every time I got a part they gave e me wrong one so I would end up exchanging n when you live 20+miles away that's a hassle
