Bought my buddy a red bull before work and he told the cashier he would get it after filling up his ice water. The cashier then proceeded to charge him as well for the same red bull I had already paid for, and wanted to act like he didn't charge me for it. Glad I got the receipt, the guy had a strange vibe to begin with. He refunded my friend for the before tax price and kept the taxes anyway. We just left it at that. Will not be returning to this grimy truck stop again.

I been up & down hwy 97 a Jillian times since I started truckin all the way back in Nov of 74. still doing it today (2024). I've seen the ups & downs of this this little hometown truck stop, my family has stopped here on the way to & from Wa to Cali. This is our stop people. If you don't like it, get over yourself& drive on down the road, Nobody is forcing you to stop here, You complaining about over priced items, You tightwads. You the kinda people that would complain about dollar store being over priced. that was a good!! (lol)I'm going in here right now, having breakfast, over priced or not, good or bad. It's home to me.SHELL CAFE , KERP ON TRUCKING.

Buyer beware! In small letters it is posted that the displayed prices are “cash price”….they will charge you at least $.10 more per gallon for credit card AND their prices are already $.20 more than the Shell on the north end of Madras. Terrible business practice, taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers. Will never stop there again.

Great service and decent prices, for what I bought at least. Clean bathroom (so don't mess it up!!)Busy going south on Fri and sat, busy north on Sunday and Monday because of weekender traffic.

Attendants take forever to come out. I almost pulled away and the guy came ambling out, took another minute to play with his jacket and wind his way between the empty pumps. After my gas was pumped it sat there for a few minutes more and the guy is inside eventually does come over to remove the nozzle only after I am about to remove it myself. He also asked me to pull forward, but when I got here 5 minutes ago this was the only spot open. Just an irritating experience.

Beware the gas attendant who selects the highest priced gas for you when you want just regular. you'll get stuck with the bill. i didn't appreciate his trying to make excuses that he was soooo busy because 2 other cars were there (not true). I should have kept going to the Shell in the middle of town- it's 20 cents a gallon cheaper too.

Yesterday we had a blow out on our small utility trailer. We pulled over immediately and saw that it was a mess. Walked over to talked to Josh that was working at the pumps . He had amazing customer service and said the tire shop next door might be able to help us . He walked over knocked on the door and introduced us. This is on a Sunday when everything was closed . Luckily Jose at Alfredos tire shop was inside working .Later Josh came over to see if we were ok .Thank you for having such great employees at this Shell !

This place is so bad. Can't wait till it goes out of business. Waitress is so nasty. 4.00 for a side of Mac and cheese literally one bite. French fries were old. Not impressed you want to pray for these places to make it but how can you with bad food bad service and bad pricesWent in this morning got a cup of coffee and a cup of ice in my own cup. 3 dollars I said wow 3.00 for a cup of coffee and a cup of ice. She said since you don't like it don't come back here. No problem the loves is about to put you out of business
